Rip off Worst place ever, saved up 4 grand and bought our first used vehicle , all the dealer did was rip us off , the battery failed in two days after purcha Worst place ever, saved up 4 grand and bought our first used vehicle , all the dealer did was rip us off , the battery failed in two days after purchase , they did not even clean the car when It was given to us , so we decided to sell it right away , the worth people offered us was 1000 dollar , Car worth 4500+ after tax and papers, 248,000 Amount we spent oil change 80 , brakes 1000+, battery 380+, new tires 500+, and to clean interior 200+ , I wish I could go back in time and undo my fault by buying from this place , people there are nothing but a bunch of artists , they literally made us wait to recive the car for 2 hrs even after we gave them 3 days of time to do all the paper works , careless and bunch of sweet talking salesman who traps you in buying cars and never bother helping you after , please be careful buyers , think twice before going there More

They said to bring it in and t Recently a family member visiting from Alberta began to have problems with his new 2017 Ram pickup air ride suspension. They said to bring it in and they would look at it. Initially we had to call to get a report which indicated they found a problem but needed an ok from Chrysler to repair under warranty. They had cleared the error codes in the computer and at the moment the air ride was again working. After keeping the truck over a weekend we were told that Chryler would not authorize the repair unless the vehicle was brought in with the error code showing and a burnt fuse. We were told if that happened to call them and they would authorize a pick up by a tow truck. The next morning we found the truck had once again dropped the air suspension and the error code indicated that service or repair was required. We called the service department and were told the service writer we had dealt with was off for the day but they would have the service manager call back. After not hearing from him for almost an hour we called again and were given the same message. We waited and never received a call back that day or any time since. The next day we called the dealership in Alberta where the truck was purchased and they put their chief mechanic on the phone to provide instructions on what to do to get the vehicle to safely return to them for repair. I am very embrassed by the customer service that this dealership provided especially the service managers failure to communicate. It appears that Chysler has a policy that prevents the service tech to make any warranty repair without their input. Do they not trust the skills and ability of their Red Seal Service Techs???. More

I was having some issues with my 2011 jeep and was looking into trading it in on a new jeep.I brought my concerns to the service manager and voiced my desire to trade in my jeep. He listened to me without judgement and took me to meet the sales team to investigate my options. Everyone from the sales person to the manager and financial department and the insurance representative treated me with the outmost respect and worked A very special thank you to my sales person Lawal that went over and above to ensure I was completely satisfied and went away a very happy customer!! My vehicle has been repaired twice free of charge because of my warranty. There should have been costs associated but they were waved. They treated me fairly and said if I have anymore issues to call right away. When it's time for a new car I will definitely give Harris my business and send others there as well! Was promised a free detailing when i brought it in for its first "inexpensive service" Brought the truck in for its regular oil change and check up 3 weeks after buying the truck. The woman in the service department told me that truck I JUST purchased needed $800 worth of service work done to it as it was due. I was not happy then and begrudgingly paid $350.00 for their service which included a lot more visual checks than actual work, I also did not receive my detailing as promised to me by the sales guy. Since purchasing the truck I have had numerous sales calls from different salesman trying to get me to purchase a new truck and trade mine in. I have asked nicely each time to please be taken off the list and that I will contact them if and when i decide to change vehicles far in the future. Today i received one more of these sales calls, i asked the guy if he could please take me off the list as I do not need a new vehicle. No more than two hours later I received a call from the same dealership... i assumed this was to apologize and say they will not call me again... the gentleman started to tell me how lucky i was to be called now that the ram truck sales programs have changed.. I was not happy. The constant phone calls by this dealership are a nuisance. Their service department did not honor the free detailing i was promised and did also not help at all in providing a competitive quote on new tires that were required on a $32,000.00 truck. Only thing I am happy with is the truck and I wish i had bought it from the Dodge dealership down the road. Avoid this place if you want good service and honest salesman. More
