We did not have any plans of purchasing a vehicle the day we went in to test drive a jeep trail hawk. We were very fortunate to have Nathan show us around and take us on a test drive. His knowledge of the vehicles was absolutely outstanding, blew us away really! He was very personable and did not pressure the sale. A 1 service I came into this dealership with my 1992 New Yorker only to told my vehicle would have to be retired permanently due to costly repairs. I had no idea what I was going to do until I met up with Daniel who invited me to go for a ride in the new Chrysler 200 down to the waterfront at Clover Point ( I do not understand why salespeople take a beautiful, clean, shiny car for a test drive to visit the seagulls and pigeons unless they enjoy washing their vehicles.) He put me in the driver seat, showed me all the gadgets hiding everywhere my hands had to touch. I was very nervous and by the time we returned to the dealership I felt somewhat more comfortable but uneasy. Daniel walked me through the gadgets in and on the car in a very patient and professional manner. He explained if I had any questions after I got home just to give him a call or drop on by and he would answer any question. I was very pleased with the wonderful service given to me by the Accounting person, Allison who knew how to make you feel relaxed and not to have any worries. The whole sales procedure was straight forward. I would highly recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle this is the place to go.....THANK YOU DANIEL!!!! More
