At the end of it all I ended up with a $55,000.00 vehicle with an empty fuel tank, a suggestion I could return it to get it cleaned and I had to hunt down my old vehicle to get the items that had not been removed as they rushed me off the lot. The team at Harris put me in a new 2016 Ram 1500 Outlander for only slightly more than I was paying for my 2014 Ram 1500 SLT. There were no gimmicks, no tricks, just a bunch of people who did everything possible to put me in a newer & better truck. Kai and Brittani made this entire experience one of the best I have had when buying a car/truck. deceit and lies Don't trust these guys. They will call you saying someone in Victoria is looking for a vehicle like the one you own and that they will offer you abov Don't trust these guys. They will call you saying someone in Victoria is looking for a vehicle like the one you own and that they will offer you above market value. All you need to do is come in for 15 - 20 minutes while the sales manager appraises it. No purchase necessary as they just want to buy your vehicle. You tell them no so they call a few more times and even text you. Which gets you thinking well what the heck. Doesn't hurt to go in to see what they'll offer you. Oh no. once you get there, the sales mgr sends you off with a salesman to see if there is anything you might want to trade your vehicle in for. Ok fine, what the heck. Well then the salesman writes up the vehicle info and hands it off to the sales manager who comes back with a trade in offer and totally low xxxxx you. And then when you ask well how much are you going to offer me if I don't buy a vehicle (which I told them I didn't want one) the sales mgr then laughs and says if you don't buy a vehicle I will offer you a lot less. They never had anyone else looking to buy my type of vehicle. It was all lies to get me in and try and get me to trade up. Jokes on you Dodge.
