Congenial Service Arvind and the rest of the sales crew made my visits a pleasant experience. Minor beef are the long delays in getting responses from sales managers, charges not revealed until purchase nearly complete. The exorbitant document processing charge, and signing for not wanting something e.g. extended warranty, are hard to justify. My introduction to the service department was a delight. More

Nathan never make us feel rushed to make a decision..It was nice that he kepted us up to date on the progress of the Jeep.. It was exciting to hear that it was painted that day.... We were told that it would be 90 days for delivery and we had our Jeep within 60 days ... Great customer service.. Allison in the finance department was pleasure to work with too! Roger in the Service Department is great to work with ... I like that he is honest and up front about what is going on with my Jeep... Trade in my Charger I came in to trade my Charger for a newer SUV. Found the Jeep on the lot. Nathan took the time to get to know me and show me the Jeep. He answered all I came in to trade my Charger for a newer SUV. Found the Jeep on the lot. Nathan took the time to get to know me and show me the Jeep. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He was professional, and courteous and respectful at all times. The buying process took some time. I was introduced to Nathan who showed me around a car I was interested in. He was extremely professional, and respectful of my needs. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. This made it easy to learn about the vehicle and to see how much it fit our needs and met all of our expections. Nathan made this a comfortable experience when purchasing our new Jeep Cherokee. It's a long road I have been to this lot for a couple of Dodge caravans and both times I have spent most of the day there being a picky buyer. I made these guys go to the ends of the earth for me and they were more than willing to do so. Not only did they take very good care of me personally( bought me lunch) they also got me into the van I wanted with my terrible credit by giving me employee pricing. Making sure that the bank liked the numbers. I would recommend that when you go there to buy a vehicle you tell them what you want and their amazing sales team and financing guru Brittani Ison will like I said go the ends of the earth to make you happy.
