I felt their recall repair was incomplete as they should have advised me of the sensor light issue while the car was still in the shop with the root cause. The station Service Tech indicated the recall service was all that was covered by Toyota and he could not do anything else for me. I requested to see his boss , reluctently he was tracked down. Got more info on the potential root cause but it would be a 45 min. job to diagnose . Neither the tech nor his boss seemed to care that I felt the job was incomplete in my mind. My 2006 car will need to be replaced soon, Will seriously consider Toyota again but not from this DEALER. More
a lack of communcation we were negotiating at a guelph honda dealership for a 2011 toyota scion for two weeks because we were past clients and being past clients with the qu we were negotiating at a guelph honda dealership for a 2011 toyota scion for two weeks because we were past clients and being past clients with the quelph toyota we call the general manager whom we knew very well to get an idea if the price we were at of $9300.was fair for this car,toyota donot make this car anymore.we got call from honda and were told the car was sold and found out the toyota general manager with out are knowledge bought the car for wholesale $8600 and phone us back and try to sell us the car for $9900.So you can imagine the disapppointment in being a client of both dealer ships..So am i going to tell my friends to buy a car from either dealship of course not what would you do. More

Great Management I brought my truck in for winter tires. As a first time customer, I felt my service experience needed improvement so i contacted head office, management and Jon Ewart, my truck salesman. Immediately, my concerns were addressed. Jon Ewart got me in touch with Dell and explained that there is no excuse for unpleasant service and that they changed all systems that week and it was a very stressful time for all his staff. He listened patiently and was genuine, taking my concerns to heart. He gave me free tire storage for a year and a free car detailing on my next visit and wants me to meet his service team next visit as a fresh start. Dell and Jon Ewart brought back my permi-smile :D More

I wasn't sure what to expect as going to a dealership to purchase a brand new vehicle is very intimidating, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable, I can't express how joyful I was test driving the Tacoma and they made my entire experience so easy for me and I am grateful for such a wonderful memory as I am going to keep this truck for life. Thank you for your kindness and genuine friendliness, the world needs more people like you and your team. I also appreciated all the advice and help from Chris Bryans for explaining all the extra details, making it easy for me to understand and answering all my questions for ways to prolong the life of my new Truck. excellent new car purchasing experience I made a new car purchase, a Rav4, from this dealership. Mathew explained the features of the vehicle and the options available in a professional manner without using any high pressure techniques, and came up with a vehicle with the options I wanted. Financing was completed quickly, again with a professional manner, and the various options of payment schedules, extended warranties etc were fully explained to me. i received some follow up from Matthew a week after buying the vehicle to see if i had any further questions about the vehicles controls and features and to see if I was fully satisfied. All in all a very friendly experience in buying a new vehicle and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new car. More
Oil Change / Tire Rotation and inspection for frontend noise Service Tech couldn't even spend 5 seconds to inspect my brakes on my 2011 Toyota Highlander when the tires were already off getting rotated, a month Service Tech couldn't even spend 5 seconds to inspect my brakes on my 2011 Toyota Highlander when the tires were already off getting rotated, a month later we were metal on metal of the vehicle my wife drives daily with my 2 kids. Had to replace my rear pads and rotor.. went elsewhere.. So much for safety checks at this dealership, you'd think they'd want to make money on more jobs. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Had warranty issues and when I took the car in for repair, it had been denied. Instead they accused me of Engine Damage. All friendly when going there for buying the vehicle and regular oil changes but the minute theres a warranty issue...they blame the customer and refuse to fix! Avoid at all costs as this Dealership is untrustworthy!!! Peter the Service Manager is unprofessional and a liar! More
