We set an appointment to have our car fixed due to a recall. It only took almost 5 months to get the part. Once we got an appointment, we were notified (by texts and phone calls reminding us of our app recall. It only took almost 5 months to get the part. Once we got an appointment, we were notified (by texts and phone calls reminding us of our appointment. Finally the car got fixed yesterday and this morning I got a call from Kia saying I missed my appointment (which I did not). People working in this department were excellent however with their consumer relations. More
