Tried to buy a new Soul at Guelph Kia but Failed I went to Guelph Kia with the intention to buy a 2018 Soul, cash in hand. This would be my second Kia. Could not make a deal that I though was fair. D I went to Guelph Kia with the intention to buy a 2018 Soul, cash in hand. This would be my second Kia. Could not make a deal that I though was fair. Drove down highway 24 and bought the exact same car for $2300.00 less than the deal at Guelph Kia . I also had a much better customer service experience at the second dealership though I don't blame Natasha for the failed deal. She tried her best.My low ratings are for employees higher up the chain. More

She knows her specs and packages and was very helpful. In the end, we realized we really needed AWD and the Kia vehicles that suited us did not have AWD. But if it weren't for that, we would be happily working with Natasha. I highly recommend asking for her!! More

While we enjoy the vehicle we would never purchase Kia vehicle again. The customer service, at all levels, at Kia Canada Head Office is the worst I have ever experienced within the car industry. There is a complete lack of customer appreciation and support as a new Kia owner. The sales manager that we dealt with at the dealership was great however once a problem arose and it was escalated to the GM the same values at Kia Canada was reflected from the GM. Phone calls aren't returned etc. once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. OMVIC was involved as well. Buyer beware! More
Sales staff were awesome. Drove away happy. I walked into Kia and was greeted by Natasha. She made the process easy and was not pressuring for a sale. Very unprofessional This has to be the worst dealership for customer service. I was in Guelph for a couple of months and had an issue with my car running rough (miss firi This has to be the worst dealership for customer service. I was in Guelph for a couple of months and had an issue with my car running rough (miss firing). I brought my car into Guelph Kia since it was still under warranty. Took three visits before they could find the problem, they needed the engine light on to locate the issue even though the car has had issues of bad coils in the past. They said I needed a new coil and it would be covered under the warranty but said I needed to replace the spark plug at my own expense since it was installed wrong and cause the problem. I had the spark plugs replaced 6 months prior by another Kia dealership. They said the other dealership installed them wrong and installed two different types of plugs. I told Guelph Kia that I didn’t want to replace the spark plug even though it is only $10 then the service manager then came out and said if I didn’t replace the spark plug I can go find another dealership to replace the coil. That really left me with no choice but to replace the spark plug. After receiving the service, I asked for a receipt and the service tech said they don’t give receipts for warranty work. I said I also got a spark plug replaced and want a service record of that, they had to go ask how to print one up. I would rather drive back to Saskatchewan then to deal with this dealership again. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Had to bring in our 2013 Kia Optima for all the recalls to be fixed that day witch was Thursday the wipers stopped working they told my girlfriend to Had to bring in our 2013 Kia Optima for all the recalls to be fixed that day witch was Thursday the wipers stopped working they told my girlfriend to drive the car there in a snow storm and they would look at it fixed the recalls told us we will have the part in on Saturday and to bring it back not giving her a loaner car made her drive back with no wipers in a snow storm bring the car back Saturday the guy didn’t book us in and the part wasn’t there so Monday rolls around manger said the part came in but couldn’t get the car in it Wednesday so we bought the part from them get home to put it in not even the right part at all I needed the wiper transmission they gave me a wiper crank arm witch the charged me 55 bucks for I called part source and got the hole transmission for the wipers and comes with the wiper crank arm for 80 bucks I don’t work on cars and I installed it myself took me less then a hour by watching YouTube we have had nothing but issues with the car and to have nothing but issues with the dealership manager are rude don’t care about after you have already buy the car the service is horrible I have seen high school shops run better then Kia guelph so Please if you thinking of buying a Kia rethink or test out different dealerships More
