CAR STARTER/KEY FOB NOT WORKING!!! I SAT ON MY KEY FOB YESTERDAY AND THE CAR MADE A CLICKING SOUND THAT MADE MY FOBS NO LONGER WORK WITH MY CAR DOORS AND STARTED... AFTER SOME TIME TRYI I SAT ON MY KEY FOB YESTERDAY AND THE CAR MADE A CLICKING SOUND THAT MADE MY FOBS NO LONGER WORK WITH MY CAR DOORS AND STARTED... AFTER SOME TIME TRYING TO FIX IT MYSELF I CALLED GRIMSBY HYUANDI... I TOOK THE CAR IN AT THEIR REQUEST... WE TRIED THE SAME ATTEMPTS I WAS TRYING EARLIER WITH THE FOB BUTTONS... THEY TOOK IT INTO THEIR GARAGE BAY AND CAME BACK QUICKLY WITH MOTHERBOARD ISSUES AND A NEED TO DIAGNOSE... (NOTE $110.00 AN HOUR FOR LABOUR)... I REFUSED AND TOOK THE CAR HOME... WHEN I GOT HOME I TOOK THE POLES OFF THE BATTERY AND LET IT SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES... ONCE I HOOK THE BATTERY BAXK UP EVERYTHONG WORKED INCLUDING THE STARTER...PLEASE DON'T TRY AND SCAM ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THIS GUY AND HIS WIFE (BOTH HYUANDI DRIVERS) WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! More

It started with a phone call from the General Manager who was aware I was working with two other Hyundai Dealerships but did not know that I was so unhappy that I was this close to changing my mind to another car brand. I took the phone call as a sign to see what they could offer me. It turns out that they became the light at the end of my tunnel. Never at any time did I feel any pressure or stress. The respect I received came at me from every aspect of the business. All the work was done in the blink of an eye by Angela, best described as the HEART of the dealership, in more ways than one. She cannot give you her business card because it will not fit in your purse, NEVERMIND your wallet. She took care of all the paperwork and worked until SHE got me the deal that best suited my needs as a semi retired person. She never gave up and I can honestly say she is that one rare employee that has that gift of making you feel like you are important to her and actually mean it.
