Horrible Took vehicle in for repairs. They did alignment inspection and gave a quote of $200 for the work to be done. Booked appointment, took vehicle in and a Took vehicle in for repairs. Neglected by the whole dealership I have been trying to get my recently purchased vehicle repaired or atleast inspected because I was sold this vehicle and told it was in excellent wor I have been trying to get my recently purchased vehicle repaired or atleast inspected because I was sold this vehicle and told it was in excellent working condition. I was told a lie because just days later it started falling apart. Now they won't even put me through to a manager or answer my voice-mail. I feel like they completely lied to me and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. More
Bodacious Service The reason I am writing this review is because of the most excellent service I have been given by Brad Patterson (Service Manager) at this establishme The reason I am writing this review is because of the most excellent service I have been given by Brad Patterson (Service Manager) at this establishment. I had occasion to call the Grimsby Hyundai dealership regarding a major car failure in the area of Hinton, AB and Jasper, AB, the alternator got burned out from an oil leak from a valve cover gasket. Hyundai Customer Service was called the next day and we started a claim as I was under warranty, He was contacted the next day and given all the details and he proceeded to handle our claim, fighting for what he could get covered ASAP, he even asked a Hyundai dealer in Canmore, AB who repaired the air conditioner to place it on warranty also as it was result of the original breakdown, I had paid for the repair and I got my money back, I got home and was told how much Hyundai would reimburse for and I was satisfied with most of it except car rental and after a phone call some of the car rental money was offered up also. BUT Brad went far above what I would have expected anyone to do for me from so far away and I have had a lot of upgrades done to the vehicle since my return and the service is unbeatable and appreciated. - Thanks Again Brad More

I had spoken with someone who's name I couldn't remember. When the greeter directed me to someone else, here in let's call him "pushy" comes running out. He was showing me a luxury model, which was fine, but I had clearly stated I wanted a premium. He insisted he accompany me on a test drive. I had test driven many SUVs by then, and didn't want someone talking and pushy. When we arrived back, he kept trying to sell me the luxury, which I had stated many times was not the color or model I wanted. He brought the manager in, and they started a good cop bad cop skit. I was getting very agitated by this time. What didn't they understand? I asked that he show me numbers as to what I would be paying, all in. He pointed to a figure of $41000. I asked what the other number was in another column which was $47000. He then stated oh yeah thats what you would be paying. I said am not paying that for a suv. Also, I was told I didn't need a trailer brake, which is right in their brochure on page 14. So I thought I would give them another try, and called. I didn't want to talk with Mr. Pushy, and called the manager. After speaking a few minutes, what does he do??? That's right he puts Pushy on the phone. He then stated that if I committed that night, they would give me $1000 off. Hmmm, isn't that a Hyundai deal on right now. They also stated they would add the trailer hitch at no expense. But when they gave me the bottom line, you guessed it, they had added in the price of the hitch. They then said ok, we'll take that off and your payments will be what you worked out online. I said I will call you. Did they really think I didn't do my homework. So I was called an hour later, again the next day, and the following day saying they were having a sale. Even as I am writing this, after leaving a message to not call me again Mr Pushy just called. Save yourself the aggrevation, DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. They are not honest. More
disgraceful and disappointed I've got few free oil change coupon through the winona school charity auction and finally i though of making use of one of the voucher. i hand ov I've got few free oil change coupon through the winona school charity auction and finally i though of making use of one of the voucher. i hand over my voucher as i entered to your service dept. and then waited in your showroom for an hour. i sat out side the cabin of Mr. Jason ( your car sales person ) and i also walked in your showroom looking out for new cars with a cup of free coffee in my hand. Let me tell you, in this one hour of waiting and walking around, none of your staff including a sales manager who passed by me several time but would not acknowledge my presence. around 10:20 a service tech comes to me to advise that the voucher i had given to him is only valid for Hyundai brand car and not any other brand. i asked him to read the voucher and tell me where on voucher it is mentioned that it is only good for Hyundai brand. to add more to my surprise and disappointment he starts to argue with me and walks away and in a few minutes the other service tech Mr. Morrison comes in with my voucher and tries to explain the same to me. i was so embarrassed to ask for free oil change in exchange of that coupon. this is being nothing but a very eye opening customer service experience with me and i felt like i was committing some sort of crime. More
This dealer has changed hands often the past few years (Chev/Pontiac to Independent and now they are a Hyundai dealer).
