Awful experience that has really stuck with me worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Basically myself, my dad and my brother were told to our faces that if the car arrived on Saturday an worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Basically myself, my dad and my brother were told to our faces that if the car arrived on Saturday and I didn’t like it, I could get my deposit back no problem because they “weren’t here to take my money”. Do I care I lost $500 when trying to buy my VERY first brand new car? That’s about 35 hours of work for me. That could go towards insulin costs, towards school costs. So do I care? A little. But it really isn’t about the money. It’s about the experience. I’m shaking typing this because this whole situation is so upsetting to me. I care about the way I was treated. I care about the way I was overseen. I care about the way I was looked past. I care about the way I went in there, and it felt like every time I opened my mouth I was disregarded because clearly, I know nothing. I care that I was lied to. I care that I was deceived. Yes, I should have gotten something in writing. My mistake, a $500 lesson I learned. I thought I could trust my local dealership after living in this town for 21 years but I was wrong. I care about the way I felt disrespected. I care that I felt pressured. I care that my dad was talked to disrespectfully when all he was doing was trying to help me. I care that I’ve wasted so much time at this dealership which has been so unnecessary. I care that I left feeling upset, confused, stressed, uncomfortable, and shaking. The last time I left the dealership, I actually walked out in tears. I just want to share this with everyone because I do not want anyone else to have this experience. I went elsewhere and had a very positive experience. If you want one too, Grimsby Hyundai is not the place to go. I have not even been contacted by anybody after they have said they’ve been “trying” to contact me and after requesting following up, it’s been almost two weeks now and I have not been reached out to at all. More

Worst experience I"ve ever had at a dealership Grimsby Hyundai is by far the worst dealership I have ever visited it’s run by con men who’s only goal is to push you to sign to get money in their ow Grimsby Hyundai is by far the worst dealership I have ever visited it’s run by con men who’s only goal is to push you to sign to get money in their own pockets they have absolutely zero interest in customer satisfaction. I was in Grimsby Hyundai assisting my sister with the purchase of her first brand new car the grimsby salesman (frank) was extremely rude and pushy and kept telling her they couldn’t get what she wanted but wanted her to sign and put down a deposit and they would try to get what she wanted after we were told that she was entitled to get her deposit back in full if she didn’t like the car once it got there or if they were unable to find one she would be given a full refund after arguing with everyone in the dealership from the salesman to the finance manger she put the deposit down. A few days went by and she hadn’t heard anything so she decided to look at another dealership here she found what she was looking for and the staff were genuinely nice and cared that she had a positive experience we went back to Grimsby Hyundai to get her deposit money back and were told that they couldn’t give it back to us because they had invested time and money in trying to find her the car she wanted again after arguing with a number of people at the dealership she received nothing back. It was clear that Grimsby Hyundai only looks out for themselves and tries to con and lie to people to put money into their own pockets I would recommend going to any other dealership in Ontario over stepping foot in Grimsby Hyundai. More

She took her time and NEVER pressured me once. Jessica prepared in advance, at my request, prices on a new Elantra. Hence, when meeting with her, she was organized to say the least. She offered everything including the test drive. Jessica brought me to meet Connor McPhail for 0% financing. The deal couldn't be sweeter. After the purchase was made, Jessica did not stop there. When I went to pick the car up, she took me through the dealership introducing me to everyone she felt that I would need meet in order to feel comfortable and welcomed when and if I needed assistance in the future. Great purchase experience! I recently purchased a 2015 Genesis coupe from here and I had a great experience. I had called them before coming, since I was driving in from Guelph I recently purchased a 2015 Genesis coupe from here and I had a great experience. I had called them before coming, since I was driving in from Guelph and when I arrived, the vehicle was ready and warm for me to take on a test drive. Adam was the guy who helped me and he’s very professional and extremely friendly and polite. Once I decided to move ahead wth the vehicle, Connor was the finance manager who helped me finance he vehicle and once again provided a very pleasant and professional service. The whole experience was very no-nonsense, non-pushy, friendly, professional and warm. I would highly recommend both Adam and Connor as well as this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
