Unfortunately, upon arriving at home and doing an inspection, I found the air filter cover not attached in the motor. The screws weren't even screwed in making the car make a funny noise upon acceleration. (I finished the job myself, but this could have screwed the motor if I'd gone down a dusty gravel road.) Good thing I'm not a dumb girl and somewhat mechanically savy. The driver's side window glass that I'd asked to be tightened...as the door has to be taken apart to tighten the window glass...was not aligned properly when tighten leaving a gap between the front and back window. Now I can't have my car outside when it's raining because water will come in. I have to hire another mechanic to help me take the door apart and realign the window properly. (Piss me off) Also, the light for the seatbelt/air bag stays on in the dash. They discovered that the wiring in the seatbelt buckle was broken. They ordered one from a auto wrecker....but that was broken also. Somewhere in the swap, the bottom boot for the seatbelt went missing. I have yet to get this resolved. I want a boot. It came in with a boot, it should come out with a boot! It looks crappy without a boot. I paid big money for said repairs and was so disappointed that they were done half assed and now I have to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. The motor runs good, it starts on a dime, and having the front shafts fixed made all the difference...that part was excellent, but it's the little things that have pissed me off. If you're doing a job, do it right!
