The service we get on our Kia Soul is fantastic, however I do have one little complaint. If your staff is going to clean the vehicle, then I think they should do a better job or don't do it at all. The inside of my car had been vaccuumed, which was ecxcellent but there were streaks on the windshield as if it was just wiped with a not so clean rag, the outside was washed but the wheels were still dirty. I know I know we live in a sloppy place what with all the rain BUT if a job should be done, then it should be done properly. Didn't catch the name of the other man I spoke to at the service desk. Everything was explained fully to me. My most recent experience has been with the service department, which I have visited several times. I have always found them (especially Eli) to be very friendly and attentive. Eli always arranges a taxi for me and goes over the service invoice to answer any questions that I have. My only complaint might be that on my recent service it was not washed as thoroughly as previous visits and, although admittedly it was very dirty when I took it in, it needed touch-ups inside and out to look clean. The service staff are very helpful, friendly and let me know when things need to be looked at. I have been able to phone them, describe what is going on and they immediately know what the issue is. When I've called another dealership (closer to where I live) the first words out of their mouths are "our hourly fees are $X" and the person answering the phone has no idea about the nature of my issues so they don't even know the questions to ask. So I call the folks at Graham Kia and they ask the right questions, and book the right service to meet my schedule. More
As always, fabulous. This time I picked up my Kia after the service shop hours and the sales area completed my transaction, although he was unsure of how to capture my kia (points) card... which I have nev the service shop hours and the sales area completed my transaction, although he was unsure of how to capture my kia (points) card... which I have never used... so my suggestion would be to keep our card numbers on our accounts so that it is an automatic update. There are tons of 'point' programs out their, each with their own card.... and it's not like I am going to go to another Kia dealership to get my service done... anyhow just a suggestion :) More

Took my Sorento in for its second service. The service department is very busy so had to book two weeks in advance, which was fine. I had few minor issue that were dealt with, and the service was done as department is very busy so had to book two weeks in advance, which was fine. I had few minor issue that were dealt with, and the service was done as per warranty. The car was waiting for me, and they had washed it. Overall I am pleased with this dealer, and the service department seems receptive to my questions. More
I was disappointed by how my car was "cleaned" my windows were not cleaned, the dash and center console were not cleaned. The only thing that I could see that was done was the floor mats and floor my windows were not cleaned, the dash and center console were not cleaned. The only thing that I could see that was done was the floor mats and floor where vacuumed (the front only). The best part of taking my car to the dealership is I get my car cleaned, other wise I would got to a drive up oil change place and have it done in less time. More
