Purchased a 2012 Kia Soul on March 31st. We were looking for something a bit different - a reliable, economical vehicle with character. Wade Donovan was the salesperson - straightforward; he didn't push; and from our perspective, Wade did everything he could to streamline the process for us, so that we spent as little time as possible in going through the steps. Elmano Lima managed the paperwork. He answered our questions without hesitation; was efficient; and pleasant to deal with. Overall, a very good experience in which we felt as if our business truly mattered. Based on everything so far, we would recommend both the vehicle and Graham Kia to others. More
I can't remember the name of the service guy... it was good. Some misscommunication on the price but it was quickly resolved. First Impression is the lasting impression. My first Check up for my New SORRENTO, greeting was so so, not overly warm but Ok. I would have appreciated an understanding as to what effects exactly this Vault has on my SUV not just rush me to SIGN a FORM, I felt like they had something to hide. I kept prompting questions but they did not give me the warm feely feeling. They need to realize and treat every Client like a GOLD / VIP person, when coming in for maintenace check up as this is a key part of the Companies revenue and also keeps them employeed. Customer loyalty is Earned not just assumed. I know we left chyrsler to come to you. They did not know how to VIP a client for customer loyalty..... The after effect meaning time for me topick up my SUV, well here I can say the PEOPLE who do the detailing have earned my RESPECT ... well done ... (1 minor hint inside my Vehicle next time please vaccum out my gear shift area and the cup holder area, I came and picked up a shinny clean and SUV... even with the minor pieces of debris I was and am empressed for the Detailers work... MEET & GREET is important look at me eye contact is important, were all busy in work HELLO........... a Friendly Good Morning is a great start to my day ehhh or a sincere , Sir we just just brewed a fresh pot of Coffee would you care for a cup prior to me assisting you on your vehicle needs .... WOW now that has me thinking CUSTOMER LOYALTY... yes yes yes and MY WORD OF MOUTH REFERRAL TOO. More

The sales experience was very good. The people I dealt with did their best to get me the best deal and worked hard with my requirements.
