We were looking around for winter tire's with rims .Went to Costco because I wanted Michelin ice they could not get the right steel rim to fit.Ithen decided to phone graham Kia and talked Ivon and convin to Costco because I wanted Michelin ice they could not get the right steel rim to fit.Ithen decided to phone graham Kia and talked Ivon and convinced me to give them a try, ,they had a sale on winter tires and rims for $300.00 less than Costco .our Rondo needed to serviced and inspected and would take 2hrs to finish . So instead of sitting around the dealership,Ivon gave us 2 taxi passes so we went the mall had lunch . Our car was ready , while paying the bill , Ivon gave us a $50.00 gas card and the tires came with a $50.00 rebate. I normally don't deal with dealership as I find them too expensive, but because of the way we were treated Ivon and the staff we will be coming back. More

I have taken my new KIA Sportage to Graham KIA twice now over the past year and each time the service was exceptional. The employees are very friendly, even the ones you aren't dealing with at the time, smi over the past year and each time the service was exceptional. The employees are very friendly, even the ones you aren't dealing with at the time, smile and nod or say hello. The atmosphere at Graham KIA is terrific! I don't hesitate to come back each time and I trust they will look after my new Sportage for me, and that they have my best interests at heart. For instance, on this last service visit, Brandon Krieger was very helpful to me. He looked at what needed to be done for Service 2 and because of a previous service special that he recommended to me the last time I was in, he mentioned that there were things in Service 2 that they didn't need to do again this time, because my last visit hadn't been that long ago. I appreciate his approach to offering service for my vehicle. I also made an inquiry about winter tires and Brandon was very helpful. Brandon also asked me if I had an umbrella as I ventured out in the rain to wait for my vehicle servicing to be completed. He even asked if I needed a ride anywhere. The service here is great! Sales side was good until we left messages for someone to call back when we started having problems with the car weeks after our purchase. We were very pleased with Valerie, and she helped us with everything call back when we started having problems with the car weeks after our purchase. We were very pleased with Valerie, and she helped us with everything that she could. But we both agree that after the sale was made our salesman did not follow through with the relationship. We were frustrated at calling and speaking to someone different each time, and then calling back again to see if anyone even received our message. Once Peter spoke with someone and explained the problems we were having we were told to come in to see either John or Elmano on a specific day, and when I arrived neither one of them were even working that day. I went to the customer service desk where a young lady was currently on the phone, so I waited to ask her if there was anyone else I could see. Once she hung up she then opened up her iphone, without even a glance up, and proceeded to check her Facebook, and her text messages while laughing to herself. I finally got frustrated at standing there and interupted her approximately 4 to 5 minutes after my waiting. I was so angry at that point. I not only missed work, but the 2 people I came to see were not there, AND I was being ignored over a cell phone. Not good customer service that day AT ALL. We are pleased with the overall service that we recieved in the service department, however we are dissapointed with some of the issues that we have had with the vehicle itself. We live 35 minutes away from the dealership and have had to come in 4 times for a visit and then for repairs to be made to the car. There has never been a loaner vehicle offered, even though each time we have been forced to miss work over the issues. Between the 2 of us we have now missed well over 10 hours from work trying to get these problems rectified. This is the second Kia that we have purchased, we traded in our Spectra 5 and now have purchased an Optima Hybrid. We like our car, but due to the issues as of lately I'm not sure that we will return 5 years down the road. Thanks for asking ~ Peter Savage and Dione Travis More
