Manager said my rims would fit new car after all he has owned a Chrysler for 30 years he knew. Rims did not fit.. Now my one year old snow tires will not fit, but they said they would, more money! Was to get me touch up paint two months later no phone call. Lost my insurance papers. They had given me someone else's papers . Asked for a copy of the transfer papers from my old car to them they said I did not need it. Went to renew my car insurance and found they did not register my new car with my old plates. so it would have been better if I would have been stopped but the police if I would have had the transfer paper. Had to purchase the rims I wanted {they did give me a deal on them they said} took them four hours to put four tires on. The manager was rude and snappy with me for what reason I don't know. I know the sales person got fired over the deal but how is that my fault. also it was told to me and advertised that it was a Chrysler 300 platinum and it is not, it is only a Chrysler 300 c More

First class service deprtment I have been in twice, once for an oil change, and yesterday to have my alignment checked. They are honest and great to deal with. Terrible My girlfriend bought a used car and dealt with a gentleman named "Rida". This man informed her that the check engine light was on due to "the gas cap My girlfriend bought a used car and dealt with a gentleman named "Rida". This man informed her that the check engine light was on due to "the gas cap needing to be tightened" The light would go on and off intermittently encouraging us to ensure the gas cap was on tightly. When the light did not disappear my girlfriend confronted the salesman about the situation. The salesman did not reply for two weeks until prompted for his managers phone number. The call from the manager never arrived and "Rida" sent her a text message denying full liability in regards to the issue (a thermostat code). Please do yourself a favour and do not shop at Richmond Chrysler. More specifically, do not do business with Rida, unless you enjoy having to fix an "inspected" car within 500kms of use. More
