We have already tried to get some satisfaction from your management team and are still completely blown away how little interest your dealership has shown in trying to make this situation a pleasant one. We even asked for clarification on you vip program with our purchase such as what's included?? No response I'm just totally disappointed in your service. I already have that. It is not the issue. I would like to know whom I am conversing with! If you read my feed you would realize this. The fact that I was lied to and then told that they do not care is what I am upset about. I have had to take my time and money to fix issues that were supposed to be dealt with already! Listening is a great learning tool, and a basic of customer service!

2nd request. Whom may I say I have been conversing with on this issue. I would love to contact you and resolve my issues. All I am wanting is a apology and my $46.00 for aircare which was supposed to be done before I took procession of the vehicle for 2 years (up to the end of 2014). I also waited for hours before the vehicle was ready for me to take.
