Went to the Richmond auto mall Dodge dealership to get a check engine light off. My truck ran perfect nothing wrong but ended up with a $1700.00 bill!!? Fine I needed the light off so I paid the bill. When check engine light off. My truck ran perfect nothing wrong but ended up with a $1700.00 bill!!? Fine I needed the light off so I paid the bill. When out to get in my truck and someone driving it have scraped the front bumped while turning at one point. The scrape was fresh and there was bits of plastic still stuck on my bumper. When back in and they took some pictures of the damage.They said they would call me to resolve the problem. So they call and told me not there problem. Not even an sorry this happen, just not there problem. I will never return and recommend not to go there. More

Salesman Todd McCormack took my deposit on a vehicle, then sold it to someone else two days later. General Manager Mike Gignac could not have cared less about the situation.
