Worst experience ever!!! My son was buying his first vechile and we were told this dealership had awesome customer service friendly staff. We went there to purchase a dodge r My son was buying his first vechile and we were told this dealership had awesome customer service friendly staff. We went there to purchase a dodge ram 1500 the one he wanted wasn't there so we said were fine to go elsewhere but the sales manger came in and told him they could have a brand spanking new one of the one he wanted there within two weeks so although he wanted to drive one home that day he agreed to wait. When the day before his truck was due we called to find out what time it would be ready for pick up the next day we were told sorry it got delayed wont be here for another month, but if you like we can get one from another dealer that is almost the exact truck you want. They told us at the first meeting they would rather not do this but now all of a sudden it could happen within days. First of all no one bothered to inform us the truck wouldn't be there when it was suppose to be and if we hadn't called we would have gone there to pick it up. They told us the truck was on the lot so we could pick it up on saturday, my son had ordered special features on this truck as well which we expected would be on it if we went to get it on the saturday, which of course when we called to ask what time it would be ready they informed us well the extras aren't on it yet that will be another few days. If just continued on from there to the finance department to the customer service people to the sales manager it was just a horrible horrible experience that I could go on writing about the next things that happened when we finally did get to pick it up but not much point. Just know if you want a new ram don't go to richmond to get it they don't want your business for real!!! More
Very Poor Service This dealership has a lot to learn in respect to customer service! They lie and do not care! We bought a car last year from this dealership. We test This dealership has a lot to learn in respect to customer service! They lie and do not care! We bought a car last year from this dealership. We test drove a car (that we later purchased) that had a scraping noise in the front right tire. This was supposed to be fixed, but after several visits to their apparently highly trained and expensive (as we kept being told) mechanics, they seemed not to be able to fix it. I finally took it to my own mechanic and her diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Their mechanics need to go back to school! I was told from them that they inspect their used cars and any safety issues are addressed.... well it was. They brake was out of alignment! xxxxxxxx. The next problem just happened... When I bought the car I stressed that I wanted the car air cared. Well I just received my insurance renewal from ICBC and it needs air care.! I called the assistant manager and he said that there was no record this was supposed to happen! Great lie! WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. They verbally told me they do not care! More
Thieves and liars! Avoid like the plague--I suggest if looking for a used car, try a dealership that will offer you a "take it back within 14 days" policy instead. It would have avoided all the BS I went looking for a used car, try a dealership that will offer you a "take it back within 14 days" policy instead. It would have avoided all the BS I went through with these sleaze buckets. I don't want to go over the (many) sordid details, but in a nutshell, here's what happened: 1. They sold me a lemon, 2. they lied on the fine print of the contract, 3. they wouldn't take responsibility in writing, instead they had a mechanic come and tell me that a noisy transmission is "perfectly normal", 4. They wouldn't simply take back the car, they offered a trade instead. I'm happy with the replacement, but all the stress could have been avoided if they simply had a return policy like other dealerships. Would only recommend this place to my enemies. More
I bought a used 2005 Chrysler 300 from this dealership on September 14, 2013. During our test drive we heard a little click when we were turning back into the dealership. When we brought it to Mustafa's atte September 14, 2013. During our test drive we heard a little click when we were turning back into the dealership. When we brought it to Mustafa's attention he assured us it was nothing and that the car had gone through a 150 point inspection and had absolutely nothing wrong with it. He said our mechanics do a very detailed inspection and that besides the brakes the car had scored 100%. We approached him with the idea of getting BCAA in to inspect it to be sure but he insisted that when they do the inspection they were 100% liable. He assured us they took the inspection very seriously and because they were a big dealership they could be trusted. This is one of the reasons we originally decided to get this car over another one located at a smaller dealership, we thought it would be more professional. Because of his re- assurance we ended up buying the car that night. The following days we noticed the clicking sound was still happening and getting worse. We found this not only very concerning but upsetting. We called Mustafa to see if the mechanics could take a look at it considering we hadn't even had the car for a week. When he returned our call he said he had talked to his manager and that when we drove the car off the lot it was our responsibility and there was nothing he could do for us. I found this disgusting and beyond unprofessional considering he gave us a whole sale's pitch about how the car had scored 100% and that the clicking was nothing and encouraged us not to spend money on BCAA because they were a big dealership and did very good inspections. Well clearly this isn't the case. I understand that when you buy a car you are obviously 100% responsible for it and anything that goes wrong. But the fact that we've only had it for less then a week and heard the clicking while the dealership was liable is just wrong. I guess big dealerships can't always be trusted. This is very unfortunate considering I was looking into buying a new car a few months down the line but I can assure you I will not be using these guys. Although I don't think the fix will be too expensive it's a shame that they weren't even willing to look at it or give me a minute of their time. I'm taking it in today to another dealership and if it turns out to be something that should have been caught on their inspection I can guarantee I will be taking this issue further. It's different if it's something that's not foreseeable like your engine blowing etc. but if it was something foreseeable like a worn down part I believe they should be liable and fix it. They claim that customer service is extremely important to them but clearly all they care about is making money. Once they get your money customer service seems to be their last concern. This is foolish because by acting like this they are loosing a returning customer. To me this is no way to run a business. Take this lesson from me and remember you can't always trust big dealerships. In the end they are in sales and get commissions from every sale they make. Get BCAA in to look at every car. You obviously can't trust their inspection or their word. It's sad that they don't actually care about you as a paying customer. In the end they may think they just saved them selves $200 in not repairing it but in the long run it's thousands of dollars I could have spent on purchasing more cars from them. However don't cross all dealerships off your list. My friends who have bought used cars from the North Shore auto mall received top of the line service and when their car used or new experienced any problems big or small( like mine), they did anything they possibly could to help you in anyway possible. Unlike these guys who pretty much said too bad it's your problem now but thanks for your cash. They really suck out the fun of buying a new car. More
Very unpleasant experience. Just cancelled my factory order due to lack of follow up, bad attitude when I asked for information on delivery. Was given the "evil eye" when I made the decision to ask for order due to lack of follow up, bad attitude when I asked for information on delivery. Was given the "evil eye" when I made the decision to ask for my deposit back until I had some reasonable answers. Absolutely pathetic dealer. More

Salesman Todd McCormack took my deposit on a vehicle, then sold it to someone else two days later. General Manager Mike Gignac could not have cared less about the situation.
