After trying to get help with a recall for my '03 Jeep Liberty, from other Vancouver dealers I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from the Richmond Chrysler! Richard provided accurate information and got the part I needed that afternoon. I was able to bring my vehicle in the next day for the repair, and it was even completed faster than I expected. If first impressions mean anything ... awesome! I called up and asked to bring my vehicle in, recently purchased at another dealership out of town, due to an engine warning light. I had to fly out to work within a couple of hours. Richard arranged an appointment, dealt with me efficiently and yet friendly, and then provided a quick delivery to the airport in time for my flight. Before I had made my final destination connection - within a few hours of drop off - I had a text from Richard confirming the problems were found and fixed - vehicle ready for pickup. All covered by warranty. Now that is service. You can't ask for better. Thank you! More
Immediate attention and good follow through I came in because my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having problems starting. Moses came out to see for himself and told me what it could be. I purchased my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Pickup off the showroom floor at this dealership 11 years ago and have had all of my all service done throu I purchased my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Pickup off the showroom floor at this dealership 11 years ago and have had all of my all service done through Richmond Chrysler. Most recently my Dodge required a major repair and the service personal Richard, Bob, Darryl, the mechanics, Ken, Yanis, Dave, Jamie, (and more) along with the body shop, Bill and Sue and the parts department Al and everyone there, once again made my experience great! From the receptionist that took my first call to the young man that washed my truck, and everyone in between, is why I have returned to the dealership since "day 1." Being in the "service sector" myself I know how difficult it can be finding people with a high work ethic that are willing to take that little bit of extra time and effort in seeing that a task has been completed properly or address a customer's concerns; great service has never been an issue at Richmond Chrysler. You have an exceptional staff which brings me back year after year. More

I have worked with Richard previously and found him to be a caring and honest individual. Car fixed with one year warranty on part and service, worth paying dealership rate for peace of mind and hopefully avoid follow-up visit due to incompetent work. Craig Moore More
