He was easily accessible and took the time to weigh my options, make suggestions and give me my own space and time to make a decision. Not once did he push me to "go big or stay home", not once did he sound discouraged with my long lists of questions or hesitations and reservations. Danny is a sales person with a clear conscience - his honesty and integrity make him a star player. His children have an excellent role model. Nikki was thorough with her paper work and explained my queries with ease. I don't recall the detail gentleman's name, but he is so sweet and made me feel like I was a regular on the lot. Too bad I live on the island - I want to check out the service department too!!!!! More

I found him to be really genuinely interested in helping me over the phone that's why i whet in to see him specifically, instead of going any where else. To my benefit, as it turned out for me, Richard Seltitz was the same way in person as he is on the phone, I knew i was in good hands and wound not be taken advantage of. The cost was reasonable and I'm very happy with the service i received. While i was there, I noticed that Richard Seltitz treats everyone like a (VIP) Very Important Person, that's rarely seen or experienced with other dealerships that I've been to. Also, they have a new coffee machine that makes a freshly ground cup for each coffee cup for free, that's always nice while waiting especially first thing in the morning. :) More

After trying to get help with a recall for my '03 Jeep Liberty, from other Vancouver dealers I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from the Richmond Chrysler! Richard provided accurate information and got the part I needed that afternoon. I was able to bring my vehicle in the next day for the repair, and it was even completed faster than I expected. If first impressions mean anything ... awesome! I called up and asked to bring my vehicle in, recently purchased at another dealership out of town, due to an engine warning light. I had to fly out to work within a couple of hours. Richard arranged an appointment, dealt with me efficiently and yet friendly, and then provided a quick delivery to the airport in time for my flight. Before I had made my final destination connection - within a few hours of drop off - I had a text from Richard confirming the problems were found and fixed - vehicle ready for pickup. All covered by warranty. Now that is service. You can't ask for better. Thank you! More
Immediate attention and good follow through I came in because my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having problems starting. Moses came out to see for himself and told me what it could be. I purchased my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Pickup off the showroom floor at this dealership 11 years ago and have had all of my all service done throu I purchased my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Pickup off the showroom floor at this dealership 11 years ago and have had all of my all service done through Richmond Chrysler. Most recently my Dodge required a major repair and the service personal Richard, Bob, Darryl, the mechanics, Ken, Yanis, Dave, Jamie, (and more) along with the body shop, Bill and Sue and the parts department Al and everyone there, once again made my experience great! From the receptionist that took my first call to the young man that washed my truck, and everyone in between, is why I have returned to the dealership since "day 1." Being in the "service sector" myself I know how difficult it can be finding people with a high work ethic that are willing to take that little bit of extra time and effort in seeing that a task has been completed properly or address a customer's concerns; great service has never been an issue at Richmond Chrysler. You have an exceptional staff which brings me back year after year. More

I have worked with Richard previously and found him to be a caring and honest individual. Car fixed with one year warranty on part and service, worth paying dealership rate for peace of mind and hopefully avoid follow-up visit due to incompetent work. Craig Moore More
