Danny and Rudy Hi, We had been to 3 dodge/jeep dealers in 6 months and had complete non responsive and unhelpfull sevice. Having purchased 2 dodge vehicles befor Hi, We had been to 3 dodge/jeep dealers in 6 months and had complete non responsive and unhelpfull sevice. Having purchased 2 dodge vehicles before we were almost ready to go elsewhere and be happy with another vehicle purely based on bad service. As a last resort we tried the richmond auto mall and were floored with how good these guys were. Danny and Rudy both helped us try to find a jeep renegade and then ultimately finding a jeep cherokee that we loved. These guys were in constant contact with us letting us know what was going on and followed through with everything they promised. We ended up with our awesome new 2015 jeep cherokee trailhawk at a great price. We had a great experience with this dealership and will definitely go back to these guys. well done richmond chrysler and thank you Danny and Rudy for making it smooth and easy. cheers Geoff and Tracee More

LOVE MY RAM!! :D :D The moment I walked in to the dealership Rick and Rudy welcomed me and took the time to help me and show me all the cars I wanted to see. They explained everything to me and taught me a lot about the cars I was looking at and the purchasing process and it all just felt comfortable. I was there with my mom and she told me that Rick and Rudy are the kind of guys you wanna buy from and she said today you're gonna get your favourite car and she was right! with their help and Nikki who also made everything so easy and comfortable for me I drove outta there in my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab with the biggest smile on my face!! It was a really big day for me and I'll be back there when I'm ready to trade up and get my next dream car. Stay Away From Bruce!! Bruce and his sales manager are liars and frauds. They live up to the car salesman stereotype to a T. My wrangler was marked up to the point of no ret Bruce and his sales manager are liars and frauds. They live up to the car salesman stereotype to a T. My wrangler was marked up to the point of no return. The "cash back" I was given was re invoiced and my Jeep Wrangler which was top of the line basically had no value unless I hung onto it for 10 years. Chrysler canada did a buy back dealer coupon to repurchase my jeep on trade in at Coquitlam Chrysler which is where I suggest you go. My rewards program through Chrysler was even supposed to be credited due to my dealer purchase but Bruce lied about that as well. The guy should be ashamed of himself. Obviously when you go car shopping you're going to buy a vehicle, there's no need to xxxxxxxx your way to a sale because eventually the lies will catch up to you and your reputation will be that of a Main Street car salesman which is where Bruce and his sales manager belong. On the plus side, Richard in the service department is amazing to deal with; always honest and gets your vehicle in and out on time. More
