Questionable VIP Program Got my 2015 Chrysler 200 from this dealership. Absolutely excellent sales from Mustafa! That's why I am a repeat customer. According to the VIP Prog Got my 2015 Chrysler 200 from this dealership. Absolutely excellent sales from Mustafa! That's why I am a repeat customer. According to the VIP Program, there is free car wash after every service given. When I got my Dodge journey, I always get a free car wash. But this time, twice I got my 200 in for regular maintenance service, and never got a free car wash. That sucks big time. More

Excellent Service I own a 2012 Chrysler 300c and I brought the vehicle to the parts and service center due to an engine light. Richard the service advisor at the count I own a 2012 Chrysler 300c and I brought the vehicle to the parts and service center due to an engine light. Richard the service advisor at the counter took a look at the vehicle and told me exactly what was going to happen to my vehicle during the time it was in service. He told me the estimated time that it took for the parts to come in and as well what time and date the vehicle will be ready for pick up. He called me when the vehicle was ready and also noted that the battery in my key fob is on low battery and replaced that as well through warranty. All this was done with peace of mind and knowing that my vehicle are in good hands. Needless to say they replaced my solenoid, trim, and key fob battery within a couple of hours. A shout out to Richard Seltitz for his friendly service and attitude towards customers. More

Once again, as they have over the past 11 years, Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep came through and saved the day! Yanis, Darrell, Dave, Ken and many others in the shop; Mosses, Rick, Richard, Steve and Bob at the service counter; Al and Danny in parts along with Bill and Sue in the body shop have always coordinated any maintenance or repair my vehicle may have required in a timely and professional manner; they have always, "put me back on the road" in a timely fashion and I have left the dealership knowing that the work was completed to the highest professional standards with extra thought and care. Over the years, from my initial purchase of a new Chrysler vehicle to my regular scheduled maintenance, I have had the good fortune to experience how this organization, with dedicated professionals can make a difference in a customer-dealer-service relationship. Finding people in the service industry willing to take the time and make an extra effort in assuring, "all is right" is unique in today's world. Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep has that kind of people. I know I can always depend on excellent service and total satisfaction when it comes to my vehicle service.
