We were very pleased on the day we purchased the van with both Dan and Rudy, the salesmen that helped us. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. In the weeks following our purchase we had issues with the service we received while trying to have the extra pieces we purchased with the vehicle installed. The good news is that when we escalated our concerns we received excellent resolution. While we struggled with several of the staff, we were very impressed with Rudy, Moses and Anita. All three were diligent in their communication with us and seemed to genuinely care and want to ensure that the situation was remedied and that we left as happy customers. While a poor experience is never a good thing, I think a company that can take a less than satisfied customer and make them feel valued and important again is a company worth recommending! More

Danny and Rudy Hi, We had been to 3 dodge/jeep dealers in 6 months and had complete non responsive and unhelpfull sevice. Having purchased 2 dodge vehicles before we were almost ready to go elsewhere and be happy with another vehicle purely based on bad service. As a last resort we tried the richmond auto mall and were floored with how good these guys were. Danny and Rudy both helped us try to find a jeep renegade and then ultimately finding a jeep cherokee that we loved. These guys were in constant contact with us letting us know what was going on and followed through with everything they promised. We ended up with our awesome new 2015 jeep cherokee trailhawk at a great price.
