Refuse to replace a recalled part I originally brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 392 (70k car purchased at Langley Chrysler) for a rapid response repair (sort of a recall but n I originally brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 392 (70k car purchased at Langley Chrysler) for a rapid response repair (sort of a recall but not quite as severe) for the replacement of the radiator and a blown speaker. I live nearby and brought it to Richmond Chrysler out of convenience. Left it there for the day, got a call that they don't have the parts for the recall and the speaker works fine! When I got there, I turned on the radio to show them that the speaker rattled loudly and was obviously blown (why do I have to do this in order to get things done?). After about a month of not hearing if the radiator recall part or my blown speaker ever came in I noticed my radiator had begun leaking so I booked another appointment and was told they would definitely replace the radiator and the blown speaker (they told me my file had been lost as their computer crashed and that's why I was never called...Likely story). I had also visually inspected the radiator myself and noticed a slight leak from the side. So when I brought the car in for the repairs I was told they checked the radiator and there was no leak!!! When I told service advisor it had been dumping a fair amount of coolant on my garage floor and I had witnesses the leak myself, he simply reiterated that it tested fine and that they cant replace it unless they can verify a leak. Now I am driving around in a car with only 4,000kms on it that requires me to fill it with coolant every few weeks and there is nothing they will do as they refuse to replace the leaking radiator!! This makes you ask yourself what good a warranty is if they refuse to honor it? I had also spoken to the manager there but he was no help at all and just told me to "bring it back to where you bought it from". Well that's what I plan to do next and I hope they are more helpful. That car died the other day and because of it being an older car there was no warranty to fix it. So now I was with out a car that I was still having to pay for. I went in the next day where I sat with Jerry the sales manager and we talked. Jerry went out of his way to find me a brand new vehicle and started the process of getting me into my first brand new car ever. As the process continued he introduced me to Rudy. Rudy was very courteous, very informative and walked my girl friend and I through the whole process. When the selection of my car was done and it was time to head over to financing where Rudy introduced us to Calvin. Calvin was a miracle a worker he was able to finance me through a bank and lower my interest rate not just once but several time. My rate went from 29% all away down to just over 10% with great conditions. As Calvin was fighting for me both Jerry and Rudy kept my girl friend I up to date at what was happening through the whole process. I can not say enough about this team and the fantastic customer service and expertise of the Richmond Chrysler team. Thank you so very much Rudy for all you did from the start to watching me drive off the lot in my new car, Jerry for his understanding of my situation, and Calvin for working magic with the numbers; I also have to make one special note to Marie over in accessories for going through the different option packages that I could obtained for my car. This is the second car I have bought from Danny, and he goes over the top to make the customer experience a positive and memorable one. In addition the finance department advocated diligently with lenders to aquire me the lowest possible financing rate. Overall I would give this dealership and staff an A+, and I would highly recommend you check them out before buying anywhere else. More

We were very pleased on the day we purchased the van with both Dan and Rudy, the salesmen that helped us. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. In the weeks following our purchase we had issues with the service we received while trying to have the extra pieces we purchased with the vehicle installed. The good news is that when we escalated our concerns we received excellent resolution. While we struggled with several of the staff, we were very impressed with Rudy, Moses and Anita. All three were diligent in their communication with us and seemed to genuinely care and want to ensure that the situation was remedied and that we left as happy customers. While a poor experience is never a good thing, I think a company that can take a less than satisfied customer and make them feel valued and important again is a company worth recommending! More
