Amazing service March 2016 long weekend, I drove my 2012 RAM 1500 from Calgary to Vancouver. Everything worked fine untill my truck wont xxxx to D gear (stuck in 4th March 2016 long weekend, I drove my 2012 RAM 1500 from Calgary to Vancouver. Everything worked fine untill my truck wont xxxx to D gear (stuck in 4th gear). It was a rainy Wednesday night, around 9pm. I called Richmond Chrysler and asked them if they can help me on Thursday since I have to drive back on Friday. I've been told to call back on Thursday morning to book an appointment. I called in on Thursday morning, Richard Seltitz picked up the phone. I asked Richard if they can check my truck as soon as possible and let me know what's going on. If transmission need to be replaced or parts need to be ordered, I have to get a rental car ASAP because Friday is Good Friday and I have my famly with me. Richard Seltitz did an amazing job, he squeezed my truck to their busy schedule and I got my truck back on the same day. Of course everything works fine. It turned out the transmission solenoid was bad. I was amazed the quality of service offered by Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. and the overall customer experience provided by Richard Seltitz. Very solid service with these guys! I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location but this is where I'll come to get it serviced and purchase parts from now on! I purchased my 2014 Dodge I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location but this is where I'll come to get it serviced and purchase parts from now on! I purchased my 2014 Dodge Charger SRT8 at Langley Chrysler location 2 years ago and usually take it there for service. Unfortunately, my last visit will prevent me from returning and I had to search out another dealership to take care of my 392 V8 Hemi. I came down to get the same issue serviced at the Richmond Chrysler location at the Auto Mall a week later. The boys there were great. Assessed the issue and got it in within 20 mins. I'd like to thank Richard Seltitz and the guys in the Service Dept for there customer service. Richard is top notch. He took the time to listen to my concerns and also provided me with a loaner for the day even though they were tight on inventory. Also, a big thanks to Bill Williams.. He does quality over in the Body Shop Dept. He has worked on my car before and it came back like factory new. Hopefully I wont get anymore dings but if I do I will be back to see Bill. Thanks guys!
