Worst Store Manager Ever I got Nissan Pathfinder back in Aug from this dealer GO NISSAN SOUTH. When I bought it I had asked for the few Perks (Rooftop carrier installed) and I got Nissan Pathfinder back in Aug from this dealer GO NISSAN SOUTH. When I bought it I had asked for the few Perks (Rooftop carrier installed) and they agreed. They didn't have on stock and I was told that we will call you in couple days once arrived. I got a call from Finance Manger after few days regarding financial issue and at that time I remind him as well and he said I will look into this and call you back which never happened. I called few days later again and asked. All I was told was we will look into and call you later. Which never happened. Now after about 8 months I went there to get the oil change and same time I talked to the Manger who I dealt with (Derrick Pess). He says this time I can give you the carrier but can't install. I asked him it was the part of the deal of the vehicle purchase. And at that time he tells me that I can give you $400.00 and never show me your face !!! This is how the store manager deal with the customer. This guy who is very rude to the customer. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy vehicle there as long as he is the store manager. More

Disappointed and waste of time My wife has a nissan juke fwd 2014, it's winter and driving a fwd is really uneasy and uncomfortable so i wanted to trade it to an awd. The deal with Solomon and Kevin went smoothly, they're really tried their best to give me a good deal so i can convince my wife to get and trade it to an awd. I convinced my wife then Baljit Sandhu (sales) took the necessary information and then we got approve. When we're about to sign the contract Baljit said there's a changes to the figures, it went up and the gold card were not included. In short, we ended up Cancelling the deal. It wasted our time, i didn'g go to work just to get things done. But this sales guy ruined what was agreed upon. More

I tried at least 10 different dealerships all either requiring a co signer or a hefty down payment. Mariya went above and beyond to find the vehicle which was best suited for us. Then mark and moe in finance managed to get us approved for lower payment and at 10% lower interest. Thank you go nissan! More
DISHONESTY AND ARROGANCE I had the worst experience of my life when visited this dealership to buy a Nissan Amada. I went all the way from Grande Prairie - a city of about 5 hours driving one way to Edmonton. Having agreed on particular price both for the Amada as well as my trade in even with the figure on paper. Really happy to make it all the way to Edmonton only for me to meet a different set of figures! I told what we ealier agreed, they just said look that's what we have got to offer. Before then they cunningly and dishonestly lump the figures in a sale invoice so I wouldn't know, wasted my time, they were going up and dawn perfecting the way they will cheat me thinking I'm a fool like them. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THOSE GUYS OVER THERE EXPECIALLY DEREK, MATT AND DON. THEY ARE BUNCH OF DISHONEST FELLOW. I GOT THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS DEALERSHIP. I wasted my time , wasted my money. And upon all the glaring dishonest manner, nobody seem to say common sorry to me. I have committed them into the hand of God who will eventually judge them. More

An Armada early spring, and recently, a Juke Nismo RS. The sales and finance group is professional, respectful and willing to go an extra mile to accommodate a sale. We're very happy with the level of service. One particular salesman, Dwayne Martens, should be singled out as he has gone waaaaaaaaay above and beyond what most salesman would consider "Job Parameters". Thanks!! More

We were dickering on the price when the salesman walked away to grab Derrick the store manager. (The closer) he gave a heavy handed first impression so we braced ourselves. We finally arrived at a price that worked for the both of us. we mentioned the all weather tires as well which were always part of our haggle. Well holy crap! You would have thought we asked for his first born! Lol!! This Derrick the store manager starts going on about having to feed his family. Pay his salesman etc.... Arms folded suggested to us he was not going to budge. I mentioned Toyota across the street was selling the RAV4 for the same price and they agreed to throw in the tires if we went with them. My gf however liked the look of the Rogue better so this is what brought us to this dealership. Well holy cow! We watched him turn a couple shades of red as he said if we want to go across the street we were welcome to go ahead. He just couldn't do that deal. In fact he was on his feet before we were. No counter offer whatsoever. We were willing to go halves on the tires but he'll never know that because his ego and pride got in the way of the sale. This is the store manager! To whoever owns this Nissan dealership in southwest Edmonton. Sales are down 9% in 2015. Can you really afford to have your manager sending sure sales across the street to Toyota? I know they were happy to hear this. HE LET A CERTAIN SALE WALK OVER TIRES!! Really??! More

Was respectful of me asking them not to contact me unless I contacted him first. Always quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Continues to check up on how the vehicle is doing which is a good touch. Really nice guy and a great salesman. Would highly recommend dealing with him at Go Nissan South! Finance department was just okay. Finance manager was pretty high pressure, continued to tell me what I need even though I told him what I wanted. All in all finance was just okay but sales experience was great. More
Irrespectful and unreliable 1) I spent almost a thousand there and requested for a Go Card so I can earn some points of it. Few months later, I called them for oil change appointment and told them that I have a Go Card, but they told me that they never put me to a Go Card system, so I lost all the points that I deserved earlier! So that I give up on this dealership and go to another. 2) I told them the problem of my car but they just told me no problem found and return to me without done anything. 3) I spent over 4 hours waiting in the dealership for servicing and they didn't offer me a loaner or coach service to go out even I asked for it. Never want to go back to Go Nissan South again! More

They looked at it for 3 hours at 145/hr and said they were investigating and would have to bring it back the next day saying in total a $300 job would cost me $1000. Not to mention while 'investigating' they caused more damage and said because it wasn't an easy fix to clear what they broke I would have to pay to have their mistake fixed. Infuriated I contacted go auto nissan online and had someone very diligently and honest help me resolve the issue. Just took nissan south a week and a half to get their act together. When I got it back it was fully fixed but I will never take it back, ever. Also the service 'advisor' micheal called me on the phone and told me I was a bad customer and was not only rude but tried intimidating me on the phone and threatened to charge me more. They push unnecessary things to be fixed and if you don't know much about cars they will take you for a very expensive ride. Don't go to this location. I work hard for my money and I'm positive you do too. Don't let these scam artists take what you work for so easily. Go to a real mechanic. More
