Showed us top of the line Rouge in the showroom & gave us a price. After few minutes said that he made a mistake and the price was $ 2500 more. After we came back from taking the car for trial ride the price went up another $ 3000 !?!?! When we tried to oppose and ask why we were told to"... Get out, we are done" in an angry voice ! With pleasure Bob ! I can't believe people like him still exists and others buy from them ? It was a horrible experience, nobody ever treated us like that !!!!! More
Excellent experience with Terence Harychan I could not have had a better car buying experience and would suggest that all buyers interested in a Nissan product do business with Go Nissan. I I could not have had a better car buying experience and would suggest that all buyers interested in a Nissan product do business with Go Nissan. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue and have been extremely satisfied with my decision. My salesperson took the time to gather my requirements and work within my budget. Like any informed buyer I knew I wanted to add protection to my vehicle and my Finance Manager Terence Harychan was incredible. This was my first vehicle and I had no idea of the process. He not only assisted with my insurance set up, he sent the necessary forms to get me registration. He also outlined a number of great protection measures for me to protect and care for my car. He was extremely polite, caring and I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for him if ever doing business with Go Nissan. 10/10 in sales and finance. Keep up the great work! More
Finance department is full of idiots I am sad to have to write this review, started out really well meeting the salesman he was very friendly and helpful and was willing to help me many d I am sad to have to write this review, started out really well meeting the salesman he was very friendly and helpful and was willing to help me many days in a row, was sooo awesome! I decided to go with the 2014 Juke SL that's when the troubles began. I met with Terence (in finance) and my dad was there to help co sign, we were there for 2 hours everything seemed ok, we made sure everything that was needed to be done was done so I could come in alone next week to pick it up. (Tuesday) Tuesday rolls around and I went in to go get it, Terence walks around the corner and asks where my dad is... "He needs to be here to finish signing the papers" WELL when we came in before we MADE EXTRA SURE he didn't have to come in and we for sure made that clear to Terence. He argued with me for a few minutes saying we didn't tell him that, which is ridiculous to me cause even the salesman knew he wouldn't be returning. ANYWAYS he was able to get the info via fax and all seemed ok. 3 days after having the car I figured I should get to set up my payment date; since no one ever asked when I would want to make payments. (which they informed me upon purchasing that I would get to chose) So I called Terence back and asked how to go about it, he says call my bank. So I did; but I didn't get financed through my bank so they clearly cannot set up my payment date. Called Terence back to tell him that, he says "Well no I told you to call Nissan Finance Canada..." My question is why would I have called my bank if you didn't tell me too.. GRRRR! SO I call Nissan Finance Canada. Guy on the phone says that the dealership should have asked you for your desired date to have payments come out... WELL THEY DIDNT. So he says call the dealership back and they WILL set it up for me... SO I call Terence back at Go Nissan South... "Yeah your payments were set up when you came and picked it up. Your first payment is Oct 7....." OK SO not once did you ask me when I want my payments so what I assume is he forgot to do his job and ask when I want my payments to come out so he just picked any ol day.. BUT THE BEST PART is that Nissan Finance Canada WILLNOT allow you to change your payment date. SO THANKS TERENCE HARYCHAN for not only accusing me of lying, but sending me on a wild goose chase making me seem like an idiot and of course THANK YOU for putting my payments on the day that works best for you, not me.. The owner of the car... The one making the payment. Other than Terence I would recommend Go Nissan South, just try to avoid Terence :) Love my car just super frustrated with my payment situation! Was promised a million things at time of purchase and then never given anything. No $500 GO AUTO credit on the card, no ipad or tv and other things they had offered. Finance managers are a big JOKE. Firs then never given anything. No $500 GO AUTO credit on the card, no ipad or tv and other things they had offered. Finance managers are a big JOKE. First, they are not managers whatsoever and they make everything possible so that you have to buy all the extended warranty and all the options they give you. Basically how it works is, they offer you about $6000 extra in options such as warranty, rust protector, 3m package, paint protector etc, after they explain all that to you and you said you don't want anything then they play with the numbers and tell you that by adding all that, the monthly cost would be $5 less than if you were to go without all those options. The trick here is that if you agree to go with the options, you get a better % rate for financing, and if you don't, then they spike that borrowing % rate to make you pay more, so you are forced into buying $6,000 more on your vehicle which you don't need and which you could just get a nicer vehicle for that money. They are full of lies also. They tried to sell me the warranty for another 3 years when the vehicle already had it for that period of time. THEY HIDE FEED AND DEUCTIBLES TOO. Will never go back to this dealership even if i have to pay more for better service. Once they make you sign the papers they forget about you. They even forgot to give my deposit back. The also said and promised and put it in writing that the vehicle had the odometer in KM instead of MILES. Later, I found out that the vehicle had its odometer in MILES and not in KILOMETERS which ends up being 1.6 times more kilometers than what they told me the vehicle had. Make sure what you sign too, as they make you put your initials in everything to trick you and THEY KNOW IT. WORD OF ADVISE: GO TO ERICKSEN INFINITI IN THE WEST AND AVOID THIS JOKE. OHH And one mroe thing, the vehicle does not have HEATED SEATS AS STATED IN THE VEHICLE AD, NEITHER DOES IT HAVE MEMORY SEATS. More
Had a deal at our local dealership for a factory order loaded Frontier Pro that would take up to 12 weeks to arrive. Our local dealership said there were no loaded Frontier Pros listed as available on th loaded Frontier Pro that would take up to 12 weeks to arrive. Our local dealership said there were no loaded Frontier Pros listed as available on the Nissan database. Contacted Mills and they said they had one in their compound and/or in Saskatchewan, and would have it for us in three days, so we cancelled our deal at our local dealership and drove the one hour round trip to put $5000 down. Paid $800 more than at our local dealership to have this vehicle in 3 days. 3 days turned into 3 weeks with little contact from them other than when we called them asking where our truck was. We got "sorry it will be here next week, it got sold out from under us, weather delays in transporting it from down east, and CN said it would be here within 48 hours", but still no truck. Quoted one finance rate by Sales Manager when agreeing to the deal, but finance tried to get us to sign to a higher rate. Phone calls would take up to 48 hours to be returned from Sales Rep and finance. After 12 days, the Sales Manager finally got involved. He was quick to respond to messages, but still no vehicle. He said he had a fund that he could draw from to make our experience right, but after another 10 days of no vehicle we asked for the deal to be cancelled as we were leaving on vacation. Sales Manager agreed and said I could come down to get my deposit back. I advised the Sales Manager I would be there within the next couple of hours. Upon my arrival I was told that they had been having problems with their debit machine "all day" and they might not be able to refund my deposit (nothing of which was mentioned over the phone less than 2 hours earlier). They gave me back $2000 and then told me I would have to return on another day for the rest of my money. When I stated I would not leave until I had my money I was informed there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back a different day. I then asked if they were going to courier over my money the following day, as I live 30 minutes away, and they would not respond to my question. When I told them if I did not receive my full deposit back I would contact MasterCard to do a dispute resolution based on non receipt of goods, they simply said don't do that - you'll just have to come back another day. 48 hours had passed since my last contact with this dealership and there was still been no resolution on the money they owe me. Finally contacted their accounting department who took care of the matter over the phone and stated they deposited the remaining money owed to me back onto the MasterCard. More
