Fantastic I traded in my car as I needed one with more room for the family. Our sales person was very helpful right from the start. With our busy lifestyle it was not possible for us to travel to the dealership. They sent us videos of the vehicles we were interested in. They even delivered the vehicle and took the old one back. Since then any questions I have with the vehicle have been answered promptly. More
HORRIBLE General manager calling and basically threats to to send the team to take the vicheal away because one of the paper was not signed. Not even decent enough to make sure the person on call is the one who bought the car or the person he should be talking to. The worse customer service experience received in my life. Great deal and service We got a great deal on a used vehicle. The only drawback was having to sit through and listen to their warranties we could purchase. Worst experience ever Have been shopping for some time. Thought we'd give Nissan a shot, interested in Platinum Murano. Price given was HIGHER than that posted on the car. Trade in value was a joke - not even half of what other dealerships had offered and it is on a NISSAN. Salesman asked for our credit card to leave a $2500 deposit in order to get a good deal, BEFORE a "deal" was even presented. Very arrogant and impersonal. Worst treatment of all dealerships visited in Edmonton and surrounding area. Very upsetting and disappointing. More
