Great Service!! I dont have a problem recommending the service and sales department at GO Nissan. I have been bringing my maxima to the dealership for all service fo I dont have a problem recommending the service and sales department at GO Nissan. I have been bringing my maxima to the dealership for all service for 8 years. A year and a half ago, my Maxima needed a significant repair and of course the warranty had expired. The vehicle was repaired and bill was $1000. In the early Spring, I received a letter from Nissan that the repair was now part of a recall notice from Nissan. Go Nissan, took care of everything and reimbursed my repair bill from December of 2015. I was happy with the process and Go Nissan and John Scarpino from the dealership never once questioned the process of getting me refunded for the original repair. Thanks GO NISSAN! Your customer service is appreciated!! More

Then when they were making the repairs she called and told me that 2 other areas needed to be replaced and it was going to be about $1000. After they did the work she called back and told me job look less time than expected and the bill was going to be less than $500! It is such a relief that there are such honest people left in this world and I would happily recommend anyone to Go Nissan South! More
