Dishonest, arrogant, selfish and full of mean people. I can not write the whole thing, but just want to say in two simple lines, first of all there is no coordination between management, i got a call to r I can not write the whole thing, but just want to say in two simple lines, first of all there is no coordination between management, i got a call to resolve an issue and the sales manager do not know who gave me that call, second thing, they do not know how to treat customer after selling a 40k vehicle, they ate sitting on their chairs with full of arrogance and disrespectful behaviour and do not care if customer is coming all the way to their dealership by spending time and fuel, how to treat that customer, and they do not know how to respect thier own word, they do not have any word, they confuse everyone in paper work and after that they back off from everything. First time when i got my first car i was too pissed off i thought that was because of a bad sales girl, she got fired,,, but this time the salesman was good, but management "they do not care a single % about customer,,,, seriously a baddd or worst place to go and spend money+time, More

Don't Buy used cars from them worse experience of my life I had a worse experience of my life , bought 2013 Nissan pathfinder and traded my 2012 maxima I paid $24995.00 for that vehicle, they fixed some issue I had a worse experience of my life , bought 2013 Nissan pathfinder and traded my 2012 maxima I paid $24995.00 for that vehicle, they fixed some issue before I.picked up my SUV but left all the major stuff one week later found out transmission is bad and front end had issues , tool it back and they kept the vehicle for 2 weeks and replaced transmission and fix front end issue , picked up my SUV and within one week transmission oil leaked all.over my nrand new house driveway , my whole driveway was covered with transmission oil , I took the SUV back and told them I don't want this SUV take it back and give me another SUV you be surprised 2hat that told me they said they will offer me $ 17000 for my SUV which they sold it to me for $24995.00 3 weeks a go this offer came from VP of this dealership , I showed them that you have 3 months 5000k policy on your website , which is not true at all , I had to deal with 3 different sales staff 4 different finance managers and now I am stuck with that SUV , I choose Nissan dealership thinking they are better then independant dealers boy I was wrong , my advise be careful with this dealership , stay away and take your business where they care about and not try to rip you off ..... I and sending all my documents and pictures to BBB to report this and also I am going to contact Nissan Canada as well To make they don't screw any one else . I have pictures to prove all of this . Worst Dealership ever Worst dealership ever. Bought a brand-new Nissan rouge and still under warranty. Had some air conditioning issues during past 16~18 months. At first, Worst dealership ever. Bought a brand-new Nissan rouge and still under warranty. Had some air conditioning issues during past 16~18 months. At first, they said they visually inspected and everything is fine but for me it’s not working. By the time issue was getting worse. AC starts without I’m switching it on and some time when I switch AC on Hot air comes into the cabin. After numerous complains they decided to take the vehicle in and first day they said it fixed saying there was incorrect wiring under the driver’s seat and charged me for that. (Who did wrong wiring though, From Nissan ??? I did all of my services through this dealership). Still not working. Took the vehicle second day. Fill the AC gas as they saying it was below to specified amount and release vehicle saying issue was fixed (Why they haven’t done this first day???). Charged me as well. Issue not fixed still. I took my vehicle back after one week. They inspect every element and released vehicle saying issue fixed and cause was damaged harness. Who damaged it just one week after total inspection. Anyways they charged me again. Still not working. So, I went to service manager and request my money back since they are charging me without fixing my issue. He was so unprofessional, rude and have don’t care attitude against me. He returned just last service amount after 30 minutes of long conversation (He was not willing to return it at all, but after long discussion he had to agree). He said he will never take my vehicle back into his service (How unprofessional, Anyways I am not going to their dealership hereafter. Not only dealership, I gave up with Nissan too). Really disappointed with this dealership and service manager. Strong NO to Go Nissan south. Cannot trust these guys at all. Another worse thing to add. They asked me to bring the vehicle when the AC is not working and when I did so, the technician (Bill) even didn’t come out to just to see whether it’s working or not. Didn’t care at all. What he told was “I can’t come this time, go talk to a wall”. Really disappointed. Strong no for Go Nissan south. More

Helpful kind and courtious he felt like family. Went out of his way to help and look after me. The financing was a little pushy but in the end I felt like I recived a fair deal. Poor service I have never experience this type of poor service from staff. Poor in porting service. Top priority is making deal rather than customer service. Honesty and integrity I was driving around Edmonton and a 2015 Nissan Xterra caught my eye. Upon entering the building I was treated with the utmost Respect by the Sales Ma I was driving around Edmonton and a 2015 Nissan Xterra caught my eye. Upon entering the building I was treated with the utmost Respect by the Sales Manager Stan, who directed me to the energetic Sales Specialist David Chmiel. David Made the purchase process enjoyable treated me with great respect and had absolute transparency with me, he is truly an Asset to Go Nissan South and embodies the values of customer satisfaction. Afterwards meeting with Brittany from finance and Travis from the parts department the same attitudes of treating me as their priority was displayed as well and all questions, concerns of mine were addressed and then some. This dealership has some of the best employees I've had to pleasure to deal with. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or just kicking tires as I was, by all means visit this place first, You will not be Disappointed! More

I have been bringing my maxima to the dealership for all service for 8 years. A year and a half ago, my Maxima needed a significant repair and of course the warranty had expired. The vehicle was repaired and bill was $1000. In the early Spring, I received a letter from Nissan that the repair was now part of a recall notice from Nissan. Go Nissan, took care of everything and reimbursed my repair bill from December of 2015. I was happy with the process and Go Nissan and John Scarpino from the dealership never once questioned the process of getting me refunded for the original repair. Thanks GO NISSAN! Your customer service is appreciated!! More
