We do know our Subaru dealerships and have been looking for a Forester around BC. First impressions are key and Tristan and Wolfe Subaru gave us a good no pressure experience. With no fuss... we were allowed to test drive any vehicle and the cars were quickly prepared for us. We brought the whole family and had a great time. Tristan Quiring was very nice and we enjoyed his help in finding our new Forester. He is a great guy to work with and trustworthy! Prices and calculations were clear and no hidden agendas or the dreaded dealer haggle. We are happy with our purchase and would purchase from them again. Our vehicle was detailed and ready for us to pickup and things proceeded quickly and stress free. We love our new Subaru! More

Amazing Experience! I had an amazing experience at Wolfe Subaru. I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted right away by the receptionist. I was in contact with Tristan I had an amazing experience at Wolfe Subaru. I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted right away by the receptionist. I was in contact with Tristan weeks prior and had given him an idea for what I was looking for. Tristan showed me their inventory of current WRX models. I ended up test driving a 2018 WRX on my own (no sales pitch while driving), and I was instantly sold by the vehicle alone. Tristan was not pushy with sales, he respected my thought process and gave me space to make a few phone calls. I was able to exchange my old vehicle (2004 VW GTI) for my new 2018 Subaru WRX that same day! The financing process and insurance process was also very smooth. The only thing was I had to come back the next day to put my crossbar rack on, but I left with a free breakfast meal from another one of the staff members (thanks Stelios)! Wolfe Subaru has a great team and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Update: The Ball is Still Bouncing A follow up to our previous negative experience. My experience in sales and service: Direct vacuum sales, banking officer, store owner/sales, government service provider/inspector. Wolfe Subaru gave us a follow up call on our recent purchase and solicited our participation in the DealerRater survey. I read all, 99 at the time, posts from customers about Wolfe Langley, on Dealer Rater. After reading Wolfe's response to my survey, "Dropping the Ball", I called Patrick who has the "Director of Sales" designation and had requested me to call, at my convenience. I phoned at 09:16 and left a message. At 12:50 still no response. My government and bank employers tasked me with leaving a phone message detailing why I could not respond, when I would respond and who could be contacted in my place, on my phone message. It wasn't hard. I did that when I was in business prior to working for the gov't and bank. We've purchased Subaru's at 3 other dealerships prior to Wolfe. Our experiences have had 2 recurring themes. 1) Once the hook, deposit, or we want the car is there, service starts to slide. 2} If the mechanical problem is easy to fix, our experience is reasonable. We have noticed, if mechanics are good and can communicate. They carry poor front end service. This culture comes from the top. Owners, I believe set the culture of their respective dealership(s). There is a business being developed that is reportedly going to change vehicle purchasing. Brick and mortar vehicle purchases will be greatly reduced. Maybe there will be a reduction of prices. Less material overhead and HR to maintain. All we ask for is respect and honesty. Live up to your service claims for everyone, not just 82%, Jan 24/19. More
