Have to agree the service staff is polite and friendly. But I took my 2018 Crosstrek in for a check engine light issue. They charged me $250 to tell me nothing. Didn't tell me what the codes were or what they meant. Just recommended a hot oil flush for another $250, which I turned down. Further research tells me a hot oil flush is not at the top of the list of potential solutions. They've lost my trust by their vagueness and potentially useless treatment recommendation. I won't be going back. More

Tried to scam me out of a battery that was perfectly fine and still under warranty.
