I bought a truck from this dealership, it passed their pre sale “inspection”. I got pulled over and given a notice to remove the window tinting on the front windows. I contacted the dealership and enquire pre sale “inspection”. I got pulled over and given a notice to remove the window tinting on the front windows. I contacted the dealership and enquired about it, the manager told me that he would deal with it. Nothing happened 2 weeks later I contacted them again still nothing, called today and being gosted. Obviously this dealership can not be trusted. More
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car at Go Langley Subaru, and I can't say enough good things about my experience, thanks to Chetan Gautam. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Cheta Langley Subaru, and I can't say enough good things about my experience, thanks to Chetan Gautam. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Chetan went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car and secured a great deal with low interest. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently showing me various car options while providing valuable insights and advice along the way. His knowledge of the Subaru lineup was impressive, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and enthusiasm. In summary, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Subaru, all thanks to Chetan Gautam. If you're in the market for a new car and want exceptional service and support, I highly recommend reaching out to Chetan. He's a true asset to the dealership, and I'm grateful for his assistance in finding the perfect car for me. More

Went to look at a vehicle that had a list price, we test drove it sat with the sales advisor and wanted to know if there was any movement on the price. The sales advisor came back from speaking with the Manager and said the price was $2,000 more than list price. We walked away to find a message on our answering machine asking us to call to negotiate. Another call the next day with similar message. My message to anyone thinking of going to Langley Subaru is to walk away unless you want to be taken advantage of. More

Recently bought a new outback Wilderness. Good experience, I met Almat from sales on 2 occasions and found him to be honest. Lucy helped with the financing and was efficient and not pushy. We have had a really poor experience dealing with Subaru in buying out our lease agreement. We had so much trouble trying to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment, left multiple voicemails, and cal in buying out our lease agreement. We had so much trouble trying to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment, left multiple voicemails, and called frequently, and it took forever for someone to get back to us. Once we finally were able to set up an appointment, it was at the very end of our term and they said 'you should have set up an appointment sooner'... Ok yeah we have tried multiple times and no one got back to us. Then we go in for our appointment which went ok, but still a lack of communication as they didn't tell us we had to drop our keys off for the car to get serviced as per the lease buyout agreement so we lost time with that. So we bought out the lease, but then we still ended up getting charged our lease fee two weeks after the lease ended, and now apparently it will take a week to get that money back even though it was so quick to come out. And then in the same day we contact Subaru about why we were charged for the lease we received a separate phone call from a sales person who is trying to get us in a new lease from our old one and I told him we bought the vehicle we have and he asked who we did that with and when we did that etc. so clearly our file has been mishandled somewhere since we were still charged and it's still noted that we are 'leasing' after we signed purchase agreements and apparently the staff don't communicate with eachother there. Overall we have really found our experience with this Subaru location very frustrating even though we love our Outback, but can't wait to be done with Go Subaru. More

I try to call service manager or Told me they fixed the brakes on the van I bought from them but they still squeak like mad! This is NOT fixing them. I try to call service manager or general manager but they just ignore me hoping I'll go away, so they don't have to deal with the issue. I'm not going away. Will continue until this is resolved.
