We have had a really poor experience dealing with Subaru in buying out our lease agreement. We had so much trouble trying to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment, left multiple voicemails, and cal in buying out our lease agreement. We had so much trouble trying to get a hold of someone to set up an appointment, left multiple voicemails, and called frequently, and it took forever for someone to get back to us. Once we finally were able to set up an appointment, it was at the very end of our term and they said 'you should have set up an appointment sooner'... Ok yeah we have tried multiple times and no one got back to us. Then we go in for our appointment which went ok, but still a lack of communication as they didn't tell us we had to drop our keys off for the car to get serviced as per the lease buyout agreement so we lost time with that. So we bought out the lease, but then we still ended up getting charged our lease fee two weeks after the lease ended, and now apparently it will take a week to get that money back even though it was so quick to come out. And then in the same day we contact Subaru about why we were charged for the lease we received a separate phone call from a sales person who is trying to get us in a new lease from our old one and I told him we bought the vehicle we have and he asked who we did that with and when we did that etc. so clearly our file has been mishandled somewhere since we were still charged and it's still noted that we are 'leasing' after we signed purchase agreements and apparently the staff don't communicate with eachother there. Overall we have really found our experience with this Subaru location very frustrating even though we love our Outback, but can't wait to be done with Go Subaru. More
The service dept at langley Suburu is an absolute rip off. I live close to them but drive all the way to Jim Pattison Subaru in Coquitlam so I can get honest service and not be ripped off. Bad service. Told me they fixed the brakes on the van I bought from them but they still squeak like mad! This is NOT fixing them. I try to call service manager or Told me they fixed the brakes on the van I bought from them but they still squeak like mad! This is NOT fixing them. I try to call service manager or general manager but they just ignore me hoping I'll go away, so they don't have to deal with the issue. I'm not going away. Will continue until this is resolved. Considering legal action More

Troy G was super helpful and sincere with our fast-paced purchase of a 2023 Outback. We would not hesitate recommending him to potential Subaru customers. purchase of a 2023 Outback. We would not hesitate recommending him to potential Subaru customers. More
A dealership that does not truly care about its customers! I spent over $55K on a new 2020 Ascent and had several issues with it. I noticed a rear quarter window trim was not fitted correctly (must customers! I spent over $55K on a new 2020 Ascent and had several issues with it. I noticed a rear quarter window trim was not fitted correctly (must have been when the window was installed at the assembly plant in the US), and the rubber trim was folded. I was told by this dealership that the replacement trim/window was not covered under my Subaru Protection Plan ‘Complete Wrap’ Warranty even though this issue was missed by both the factory quality control department and also by a pre-delivery inspection. Why should the customer have to pay anything to fix this! I also asked what Warranty would cover this issue - no answer! The dealership said I could contact Subaru of Canada if I wanted, even though they can get a response from SOC very quickly. Subaru of Canada do not return emails or leave voicemails in response to issues as I have contacted them before and have waited weeks for a reply or voicemail which was never received. Subaru it seems do not value their customers at all and nor does this dealership when issues arise which are not a quick and easy fix. Should have bought a Toyota! More
