Expectations met I went to Kia West with a lot expectations because of previous unfortunate experiences with car dealerships. It took a few people to answer all my questions but everything was done with a smile and no excessive pressure. it was a pleasant experience and ultimately I drove away with a car that fit my needs. I recommend if you HAVE to go to KIA west to do your research and double check thei The salesmen are uneducated and make mistakes around every corner. I recommend if you HAVE to go to KIA west to do your research and double check their work. Its much easier for you to just allow them to be a bystander and hand you the keys than to actually allow them to speak. When I say check their work, I mean check to ensure that they include the basics in your car (i bought a plug in and they forgot my charger), to the insurance (telling them copy and paste is not simple enough.. they still make errors). They are relatively nice men however KIA west doesn't invest in what their salespeople are saying. They said that the niro can go to 1500 km on a full tank and a full charge.. when you drive it it is 770km on gas and 41km on charge. Also they said youd get 4 all weather mats.. which I only got 2 and told the other ones were in the trunk..which they weren't. Identified the negative experience with the customer service rep, got no reply with email.. met them and all he had to say was sorry and KIA doesnt make all weather mats for the rear. And said he cant do anything for me. More
