First and foremost, we take any allegations of disrespectful or inappropriate conduct very seriously. The comments you described are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we expect from our staff. Regarding your service experience, we apologize for the confusion and inconvenience surrounding the repairs, billing discrepancies, and ongoing engine concerns. Tired of this responded

This is a follow up to my post April 30, 2025. This started for me in June 2024, had three visit that year. End results being, my engine was never fully fixed and my seat heater being replaced on a recall, still don't work anymore. So...... don't go to Kia west for service. Have your warranty and recalls fixed at other dealerships. Service department review. Proper quotes on the work.... Fail Doing thorough inspection.... Fail Fixing mistake on recall.... Fail Management stepping up.... Fail Management following through on fixing its departments mistakes.... Fail Customer Service.... Fail Take it from me, there are better choices than Kia west.
