Kia west is amazing. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Being in their showroom was like hanging out with friends and family. I never felt pressured at any time to purchase a vehicle. I can honestly say this was the best dealership experience I’ve had so far! I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car upon arrival and the customer service stayed at that level throughout my exp experience I’ve had so far! I was referred to this dealership through a friend and was put in contact with Chris. He was professional on the phone when we first spoke and seemed very knowledgeable. When we met in person I was instantly put at ease and he made the entire process of my vehicle purchase smooth. If it weren’t for the amazing customer service and integrity Chris displayed during the time I was there, I would have gone elsewhere. I work in customer service/sales/sales management myself, so I can’t stress enough, what a great experience I had and will be recommending Chris to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Second, Robin was my finance person and I was extremely impressed at his excellent customer service and ability to get me approved without a hiccup whatsoever. Because of how easy it was to come and get a vehicle and leave the same day with it, within a reasonable amount of time, I left as a very happy and satisfied customer. We had initially negotiated a deal for a fully loaded 2020 Telluride in March expecting to wait a few weeks given the demand. overall the dealership is top notch the sales persons specially shay are knowledgable about their product, so does the finance managers they will try to help you as much as they can. I am DISAPPOINTED about a particular staff who didn’t seem to care on helping us in registering our vehicle in the beginning of the sale .we should have brought home the vehicle when we have signed the papaers . BUT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO because of the vin# ...we have been PATIENT with everything even with the exchange of courtesy car after finding out that we are not able to bring it home. weekend passed by and we were able to bring home the purchased vehicle.... only to find out when we are doing the UVO intelligence and found out that we are NOTthe registered owner of these vehicle that we purchased , signed the papers and brought home.... how would you feel if you are in our situation?????? More
