We were told we would have an answer as to why the engine light was on by 4:00. We also requested a tuneup. Wife called about 3:30 as we didn't hear from them and they were closing at 4:00. We were told that we would get a call first thing Monday morning. I called my wife around noon to see what they said. she said she had not heard anything. I called around 1-1:30 and was told that we would get a call in the morning. total unacceptable. received a text message the car was ready to be picked up at 4:19. left work at 4:45 and called to find out what they had found. was told an advisor would be calling me. he called right back and told me what the issue was regarding the engine light. he also added approx. 2400.00 of other stuff that the car really needed to have done. none except the sensor would be required right away, but I was told it was all required. Extremely disappointed in kia west. Broken promises, missed deadlines, no communication, they have lost my business. I wont take any of my three kias to this dealership More

Then to the little room where they torture you after you buy a car, that did not happen thanks to Shayne Then just to finish off a great experience, Mandy did our insurance. She knows her stuff. So not sure how we can thank them for getting us the exact vehicle we wanted, but was able to satisfy the beast (aka me) So we would just like to again thank this team of professional and personable people with a great review and our thanks I have to say , Dane your team reflects what a great General Manager you must be to work for Thanks More

2nd time , they forgot to reset the meter for the reminder for the next service. I have waited 3hours for the service, then when they returned my car, holy cow , they forgot to reset the meter for the reminder for the next service. I have waited 3hours for the service, then when they returned my car, holy cow, they didn’t even vacuum the the back seats or wipe the dashboard. The girl told me “we don’t normally clean the trunk”. Hello it is not a trunk, as I would consider, it is a Kia Sorento with folded down seats. Waste of time and not a great service! I would consider going to a different shop. Now i have to go back again for them To reset my meter, so annoying. More

Horrible Customer Service Came here to buy Soul EV in January 2019 and false promises were made. BEWARE that they don't adhere to the promotions posted on their website. Jordan used to make a lot of excuses and false promises while Shayne is the worst in talking with customers. I highly recommend not going over here. More

Drain plug wasn't installed properly that causes oil leakage and because it was emptied, I can't drive my car and have to cancel my work. Just ridiculous and unacceptable! The report from the other Kia store who found out the problem says: "ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG IS NOT IN THE OIL PAN AND SITTING ON THE SKIDPLATE" How could that happen??? Where is the quality of work here??? More
