We came to Kia West to see a used Sportage and the service we received was great. Raghav showed us two cars, one of which more than met our needs for a fair price and made the process very easy. There were no high pressure sales tactics and we felt they were interested in standing behind their product. We had a thorough test drive and all our questions were answered. Corey in finance was relaxed and easy to deal with and answered all our questions clearly. Overall great experience, staff there seems to genuinely enjoy working there, no aggressive or disingenuous sales tactics and in the end we got a great vehicle for less than what we thought we’d pay. 100% would go there again. I Felt used from the start, felt like all they wanted was the money I had. Never gave me a second option to buy... While I was looking to sell it, they called and lowballed me on the price... RUN AWAY! !! These people will do anything to scam you. Purchased a truck in Dec-2020. The salesperson lied over the phone about the Doc Fee (said it was waived !! These people will do anything to scam you. Purchased a truck in Dec-2020. The salesperson lied over the phone about the Doc Fee (said it was waived), when I arrived there the fee was not waived. I was prepared to leave but since I drove 60km to get there, I accepted to split it. When I went to pay, I was bombarded by their Finance Manager, who twice entered the wrong amount for the Doc Fee, confusing the xxxx out of me and I ended up paying more than I should. Anyway, my fault for not triple checking (which by the way, I shouldn’t have to do in a trustworthy scenario). The Finance Manager sold me LGM insurance for my used truck, telling me that when I sell the truck I could cancel it. Liar! I just sold the truck and tried canceling the insurance and it is NOT possible. I owe over $2000 on a policy for a vehicle I don’t own anymore. DO NOT BUY ANY POLICY FROM THEIR FINANCE MANAGER! These people will do anything to make a buck from you. Stay away from this place! There are a million other dealerships that you CAN TRUST and will do the right thing for their customers. This place doesn’t even deserve one star! More

Bought a Kia Seltos EX 2022 from this dealership and got an amazing deal. I would specially like to mention Jenny, who is Assistant to the GM. She is an amazing person to deal with. I would say it was above and beyond my expectations. Not just the deal, everyone expects a good customer service and Jenny would make you feel part of Kia Family with the incredible customer service skills she has. I would also like to mention Shayne who is a Finance Manager at this dealership. He is an amazing guy too. Very nice, friendly and fun to talk to. There are some people who would give positive vibes and Shayne is definitely one of them. No fake or over promising but would get the best for his customers. More
