Our first visit to Kia West to test-drive a demo model with a member of the sales team, Nelson Uzonwa ("Nelly") was also a very positive experience. He was very patient in explaining the various features of the car and he did not make us feel as though we were being pressured into making a rush decision. We did into the end decided to order a new KIA Soul EX in white, the demo model was red. Although we were told the wait could be between 6-8 weeks, a car became available within a week. Back in December I tried leaving a review on Google, but it was blocked, I am still very upset by what happened so I am leaving it again. I was in the dealership car shopping when I was at the coffee machin it was blocked, I am still very upset by what happened so I am leaving it again. I was in the dealership car shopping when I was at the coffee machine I over heard a salesperson make a slew of disturbing remarks aimed towards a specific demographic, and used a number of racial slurs. This young man wore red dreadlocks. I am of the demographic he was speaking about and was extremely offended. Never returning here. More
