Great group of people.. I didn't feel like i was being rushed or pressured to buy.. I looked at the kia website for their current line-up and used the build and price feature to help me pick out a c being rushed or pressured to buy.. While they did have it, when i saw the price, i thought it was a significant jump from the price i was given on the build and price feature. Richard explained the pricing difference but I told him that I wanted to look at other models. He gave me time to walk around and check out other cars then he came back to talk to me. We talked about how much i was looking at spending for payments and he asked me..if he could get me a great deal on the car that i was looking for and that would fit my budget.. Would i be willing to look at that car.. I said yes. He introduced me to Dusty and they showed me one of their demo cars in the garage. Dusty said that he customized the car to demo it and show it off..meaning it was loaded and it was great. We went for a test drive and i loved the car. We came back and talked about the price and got the papers going. I met Tony in the financing department and he worked out the financing for me. I had to come back the next day to finalize the financing. He genuinely felt happy that he got me a better than average rate. The price jumped up a bit but i still got the car. They threw in some extra goodies to bundle with the car and worked out a deal for winter tires. My car car looks great. Drives great. I love it. More
