It was my fault that I had waited so long to go in and test drive because sadly when I did it was sold. I thought that I would have to start from scratch looking for another one but to my surprise they told me they would do the work for me. It has been a month and I got the call last Friday that they had one that met all my requirements including the price range I wanted. I just left today very happy with it and could not express my gratitude to all the amazing employees that helped me get the car I wanted. More
Terrible Reliability My family purchased a 2002 Acura TL from KIA West, and all seemed to be looking good, with the salesman being very friendly and imformative. When it came to negotiating prices, it got very extensive, and the manager did not make much of a lee-way for our price point. We ended up $700 over our tight budget of $6000, and this was with us leaving the dealership and calling back the next day when we realized they weren't going to lower the price anymore for us. The salesman says they have to replace the ABS module, and promises us that it would be ready on Monday (current day was Friday). Come Monday, we call them, and they say, Tuesday for sure. Come Tuesday, they again tell us the next day for sure. Come the next day, they don't even contact us. We call in on Friday, and it turns out our salesman wasn't even working on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. We managed to contact his cell number, as he had given it to us before we left after we put a deposit of $1000 down for the car. He made us ANOTHER false promise by saying it would "absolutely be finished and ready for pickup," on Monday. We PHYSICALLY make the hour long drive from our home in Burnaby to KIA West, only to have them tell us that they were going to reprogram the car, and it will be done for the next day. TLDR; This company makes too many promises that they can't uphold. Don't trust anything they say in regards to time management, and if you ever need to leave your car there for a tuneup, don't expect it to be ready on the day they say it will be done. More

This summer I turn the AC back on and it was blowing warm air, so I spoke with Shirley who is their customer service manager. She was so sweet about the whole thing and got me into service (after they recharged it and told me to drive with it blast on max for 3 days and return), they fixed the AC and today in this hot summer day I could not have appreciated more. Shirley if for whatever reason you do endup reading this review I thank you again for your kindness and I thank your dealership for doing the right thing:))) More

Instead of constantly putting money into it I decided it is time to get a new KIA Sedona or Sportage. I sent several requests for quotes to different KIA dealers, and KIA West was the first to respond with a very reasonable offer. They gave great info and suggestions when I was deciding between the Sedona and Sorento. After a bit of negotiation, I was able to get a fair trade in value for my Caravan and decided on the Sedona. So far, I couldn't be happier, my expectations were exceeded! I was very impressed with KIA West and will be a repeat customer and I will be recommending them to my friends. More

They were professional, friendly, upfront and honest with all our questions and concerns. They went over and beyond what was needed to gain our trust in them to sell us the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford (thanks Ben). When it came time to pick up the vehicle we noticed a dent which they were able to get fixed within a few days at no extra cost. It was a pleasure dealing with Mo at this point. I drove off the lot NOT regretting our decision. We are very happy to be Kia West customers. Thank you for the great experience!!! We will definitely refer you to anyone looking for a new vehicle. A great service experience at Kia West I took my 2007 Kia Sorento to the local Cranbrook dealer with an All Wheel Drive problem. 5 weeks and 1600. $ later the problem remained and the deal I took my 2007 Kia Sorento to the local Cranbrook dealer with an All Wheel Drive problem. 5 weeks and 1600. $ later the problem remained and the dealership could not tell me what the problem was or how much more it would cost to fix. The AWD was decommissioned (removed a fuse) and I drove the vehicle to Kia West where I had previously dealt with Kelly at the service desk. Kelly took control of the situation, provided for a courtesy vehicle and arranged for an experienced technician to work on my Kia. The technician carried out the necessary repairs including a repair of some of the work just done in Cranbrook. He also noticed and corrected other potential problems. Throughout this process Kelly kept us informed and managed a goodwill contribution from Kia Canada. The Kia runs great now and I was very pleased with the price of the repair. I cannot "say enough" about the professional, competent and friendly service I received from Kelly. She really pulled me out of a frustrating difficult situation. When I am ready for a new vehicle I will shop first at Kia West and urge others to do the same. More
