Gave the dealership a 200$ deposit and put a 100$ of diesel in it (who arranges for a truck to go out and then forgets to put fuel in it??) Long story short mechanic found tons of problems and had to jump me to send me on my way. I was unable to start the truck after I got it home so I called the dealership and they sent guys out to jump it and pick it up. Now after many phone calls (which are just being ignored at this point) and even a visit to the store (I live an hour away) I have still not received my money back.. totally unprofessional and borderline criminal.. it's been three weeks since I took the truck home. Avoid if at all possible! More

Also would like to commend Business Manager Heather Roy for an outstanding job finding us the best rate and staying after hours with us on a sunday! It is people like them that make companies successful by building trust and maintaining a high level of service! Congratulations to Kia West for 2 outstanding employees! All this and we were not even planning on trading in our vehicle. We just stopped by to check out the dealership because they were open on a sunday afternoon! yeah, they're that good! More
Incredibly Bad and unprofessional service My experience started with Kia west by me going in to look at a used car, I liked it agreed on the price of $4500 and left a $100 deposit, the next da My experience started with Kia west by me going in to look at a used car, I liked it agreed on the price of $4500 and left a $100 deposit, the next day they call me and say that they're unable to give it to me for that price and that they want me to take it for $5500, I said no and told them to get my deposit ready so I can pick it up and go else where. First time I went in to claim my deposit they told me that they could not get it ready in time and that I would have to come in the next day. Second time I went in to claim my deposit they say that there was a miscommunication and that my deposit will be ready the next day and that they where very sorry. Third time I went in to claim my deposit they say that they didn't do it and that they're very sorry and that they will deliver my deposit to my house, I'm still waiting to get my $100 back. I will never return to this dealership, and will never recommend them to a friend or family member, in fact I would recommend stayin. Away from them and their unprofessional staff! More
Sales people have no clue After getting to test drive a Sedona for 2 days (to let me wife and kids test it all out) I bring it back and deal with Lucas stating I want to purcha After getting to test drive a Sedona for 2 days (to let me wife and kids test it all out) I bring it back and deal with Lucas stating I want to purchase a 2016 Sedona SX. The MSRP on the kia.ca website for an SX is $35,795. Lucas' first price was $39K plus taxes levies and delivery and destination charge. Obviously I point out the website, and he states that this price does not include dealer profits, etc. I laugh, stating MSRP stands for Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. This is the starting point of the negotiation. I then state I want it for $34K. He then comes back with a spreadsheet showing KiaWest invoice price of $35,400 for the Sedona so $34k isn't possible. I have looked at unhaggle.com which shows the invoice price which is WELL below that, and taking into account their need for a profit, $34K was not an unreasonable expectation on my part. Well Lucas talked to his manager (or just left to walk around) and said that he couldn't do better. I then said I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. He thanked me for my time and out I walked. I then went to another Kia dealership and very quickly got to a reasonable price and am now the happy owner of a Kia Sedona SX. Kia West completely lost out on a sale because their sales person was a complete idiot. Or he must have thought he was dealing with someone who hadn't done any research, and then trying to scam me with some home made 'invoice price' he had (which I promptly said to him that he made up those prices...). Anyway, I do not recommend dealing with Kia West at all. To add to this (to show it isn't just one bad apple), a co worker also tried to buy a vehicle on Sunday and got horrible customer service at Kia West. She promptly left and bought a vehicle at a different Kia location (I'll let her write the details if she chooses). More

Very Accomadating I was up from Kelowna for the weekend and had car trouble. I had been contemplating a new car for awhile and after having a couple of friends from th I was up from Kelowna for the weekend and had car trouble. I had been contemplating a new car for awhile and after having a couple of friends from the lower mainland go here I decided to check them out. They lent me a Kia Soul for the weekend to let me try it out and I went back today on my way home to buy it. Its amazing how they let you take the cars over night to really know if it works for you or not, I even went all the way to Whistler and they had no problems with it at all. Very happy with my choice of going there! More
Our wheel fell off after servicing. Not impressed at all, after servicing our Kia today, we drove two blocks and the rear wheel fell off. Huge liability. I purchased my first Kia and last Kia from Kia West and decided to take my business to Applewood Kia Langley for my 2016 Kia Sorento . Applewood has not made my experience with them a horrible one like Kia West. Futhermore, Applewood beat KIa West price with trade in buy 3k. Thank you Kia West for helping me find a Kia that made my experience an enjoyable one. More
