#firsttimer I was very nervous and had to bring in a friend with me cause I heard of some many horror stories about car dealers and the whole process that goes wi I was very nervous and had to bring in a friend with me cause I heard of some many horror stories about car dealers and the whole process that goes with buy a car. You see it was my first time to buy a new car and I had done a lot of research into it before going in. I knew what I wanted and the price I could afford. well I was so pleased with the way I was treated and the ability to drive off the lot that night. I was really impressed with Jenny Eliazian who took me out for a test drive on the Soul LX. At first I was going to test the Standard version of the car and Jenny noticed I didn't feel comfortable with that model and made a comment "make sure you are comfortable with your choice" with that I said ok lets go automatic and she was very quick to pick out a new model for me. We had a great test ride joking laughing and she was great to point out some of the cars accessories. She it made it very enjoyable plus all the staff who helped me out to make sure I could ride off with it that night. Now 1 week into having the vehicle I am so happy, so happy to be part of the KIA family and having a reliable car, dependable car and now something I really needed to support my family. More
