I personally Delt Direct With Jorden 1 year ago, I wanted a 2016 Optima EX Premium Hybrid in Grafite. I happen to watch the Debu Of the New KIA Optima EX Plug in Hybrid. I called Jorden and told him, That i was going to wait for the 2017 NEW Optima Plug in Hybid. It's been a year, I made a call to Jorden, and the Car was in Stock and even the Rite Colour that I had wanted. dealer warrenty Purchased 2014 Hyundai Sonata in August 2016 put 5000 km on vehicle and took it in for service lube and oil and vehicle safety check, we live in C Purchased 2014 Hyundai Sonata in August 2016 put 5000 km on vehicle and took it in for service lube and oil and vehicle safety check, we live in Chilliwack so took the vehicle to an Hyundai dealer in Chilliwack.We were advised by Mertin Hyundai that the vehicle needed front brake pads as there was only 2mm left on pads.. When we purchased the vehicle we were told that it had been fully serviced and that the brakes had been done and were shown this on a car fact sheet. We took the Sonata back to Kia West the very next day and explained our concern . The response we got was I must admit not what I expected ,they immediately had the vehicle brought into there service area and after a short period of time approx. 20 min. The sales manager met with us in the show room and advised us that they were installing new pads and machining of rotors. At no cost to us. This response and action and attitude of the Kia West staff was unbelievable and greatly appreciated by my wife and I. We would definitely recommend this Dealership to any of our family or friends for a purchase of a new or used vehicle. More

But the sales associates that helped us toward the Forte got me falling in love with it. It had everything I wanted in a car, needless to say the sales manager had a good idea to what I may have wanted without even knowing. Jenny and Patrick took care of us the whole way through, making sure that me and my parents would be satisfied with purchasing the car. We wouldn't have been sold if it weren't for them two. They're something special and have a way in their job that we don't think we would've gotten from anywhere else. Highly recommend consulting them for finding the right car for you. More

I didn't think this was a bad thing! After calling the dealership asking if they had a particular vehicle on their lot, I was introduced to sales associate Jenny Elizian over the phone. Instantly, Jenny stoke me as not just someone working off of commission, but someone who actually cared about finding me the perfect vehicle I had been looking for. After months of emailing back and forth, sending me pictures and details of vehicles on their lot, Jenny finally found me my dream car! When I was finally able to meet this wonderful woman in person, the rest was easy. She, alongside the other amazing staff at Kia West, made buying my first car a fun and memorable experience. I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, and more specifically Jenny, any day. More

I received numerous phone calls after saying the car was still available and he offered a cheaper price. I told him the problem was we had to sell our other car and he said to come in and they would give us a good fair offer. We went in on the snowiest day and they said they wouldn't give an offer on it (I gave them the full details of car on phone and it's in mint condition). Then they said the model they were talking about was the lower trim and if we wanted the one we drove it was $1000 more. Nice bait and switch and waste of time with these clowns. Just a greasy feel the whole time. Scammers!!!! More
