Great Experience I was dreading going in to buy my new vehicle but ALL the people I dealt with were excellent. Sales, finance, insurance, sales satisfaction specialis I was dreading going in to buy my new vehicle but ALL the people I dealt with were excellent. Hyper-aggressive salesperson with minimal knowledge We visited Kia West looking for a crossover and were treated to one of the worst car selling experiences I have endured. We drove three different We visited Kia West looking for a crossover and were treated to one of the worst car selling experiences I have endured. We drove three different vehicles and our salesperson demonstrated minimal knowledge of all of them. Examples: - Not knowing how to activate the audible hazard alarm when backing into an obstacle. - Not knowing where the spare tire was located. She actually tried to tell us there was none and customers just had to call for roadside assistance. - Having no idea where their vehicles ranked in terms of fuel economy in relation to the competition. She also went to great lengths to trash their competition, telling us about a mechanic who didn't like Fords because they fell apart. In short, when responding to one of our questions she said "Well, I am not an industry professional so I don't really know but; oh look, there's another Kia. They are everywhere." I can't say what the rest of the staff are like but you might want to talk to an industry professional instead of this young lady. More

Great customer service I was in the market for buying a new car as my ML 350 was slowly dying on me and the gas was atrocious. I was looking for a fuel efficient car but I w I was in the market for buying a new car as my ML 350 was slowly dying on me and the gas was atrocious. I was looking for a fuel efficient car but I wasn't too sure what I was looking for but I basically went to from Nissan, Volkswagen, Acura and this was my last stop. I decided to drop by because I heard that this brand was getting popular and I wanted to test drive one myself. This dealership stood out to me because this sales girl that popped out of nowhere was very bubbly. She was very energetic and asked lots of questions that would help narrow down which vehicle I wanted to get. Although she told me that she was new in this industry but she made sure she had accurate and concise information if she wasn't sure about something. The customer service that this girl gave me was different because I didn't feel like she was trying to get me to buy something out of my budget and shove the highest trim level that I didn't need down my throat. I ended up buying a Jetta which best suited my boyfriend and I but Alysha's customers service should not go unrecognized. As a personal preference, I did not purchase a Kia because I enjoy German cars but alysha was so approachable that I even gave her an honest answer after I picked a different car. Although I didn't purchase my car here, I will be recommending her to any friends I know looking for a Kia. Thank you for your time alysha and Patrick, I greatly appreciate it. More

Amazing customer service! I love coming to Kia to get my car serviced and for all my car maintenance.
