Less than a month later the car started to make a noise. I phoned and spoke to manager Jenny and she told me to bring it in without hesitation. The service immediately took us in and concluded it was a catalectic converter ! The faub on her key was also broken and Patrick looked through all the spare faubs and found a backing for hers which made hers work perfectly. I'm sure no other dealership would give a service like this both of these employees went over the top to make us happy. Kia West you're lucky to have Jenny and Patrick on your team I'm sure you are aware of that. More than we could have ever asked for! A+ Dealership!!! We had a heck of a time getting an approval because of trusting other car companies who scammed us. But thanks to the amazing effort of so many people (sorry if i miss a few names), Jenny E, Sean, Jen and the entire finance team, we were able to come up with a solution, and instead of leaving with the car I THOUGHT I wanted, I left in the car I NEEDED. Not to mention that, but they really pulled through and got us into a Niro with the color we wanted and treated us amazingly. I never once felt pressure, and while again I couldn't get everything I thought I wanted, I know that I walked away with one hell of a deal. I want to thank all of Kia West who was involved in this trade in, (including those names I never mentioned or who worked in the background) for being so dedicated to making this a pleasant transaction. I am so much more fond of this Niro, over the Soul based on my needs, and even my baby sleeps comfortably on long car rides. This was my first brand new car purchase, and I now know, if I need to get the best deal, I am going to Kia West and asking for Jenny and Sean and the team, because I know they actually understand I'm a person and not just a paycheck. If you are thinking of buying a car, look no further, be patient and be willing to compromise on trying to get everything of what you think is a deal, and listen to their explanations and recommendations, think it over and then go back. Interesting all 8 were Korean products, I guess I like Korean Innovation & Warranty help bring me back to the Cars but this was the best sales experience I have had. I have shopped dealerships, of the 8 vehicles I tried 4 dealership. Question is why, what are the other ones not doing to retain customers. Some dealership thinking we are the only dealer in town, if you like a great Korean car you have to buy it from us? I have left the Surrey/ Langley dealer for this reason. They are to smug. I'm looked at Kia West in Coquitlam for Pricing exercise and "found breath of fresh air " Dealership I'm feel comfortable with. Dave from the Sales team is friendly and inviting to Jenny was a great person to dealer with, not the old boys (Pressure cooker of the other dealership) Nice to see a new change in Kia Dealership model. I had a Kia 5 cars back, but when I went back as a returning customer I found them cold and uninteresting in my business and had written your Kia Brand off because of the aggressive and pushy, not a friendly experience , even if you have a great product. Can't said enough about the sales team Dave, Jenny & Dane in the finance dept. As you can tell I'm over the moon, with my new car. I'm sure they will live up to the high standards I expect when dealing with me as clients. Looking forward to driving my new Forte EX in Hyper Blue, sunroof open to the Mariners game tomorrow.
