I initially had chosen a Sorento as that's what I found online that I liked but when I arrived was disappointed by the size and style (way to big). Sabrina was patient and was not discouraged by my disappointment and instead changed gears fast and started to send me specs for a number of other cars that I may like. It was a bit of a process, and she was graceful and solid throughout.She also knows her stuff inside and out. Now I own a car I LOVE and could not be happier!! Thank you so very much Sabrina!!! More

Less than a month later the car started to make a noise. I phoned and spoke to manager Jenny and she told me to bring it in without hesitation. The service immediately took us in and concluded it was a catalectic converter ! The faub on her key was also broken and Patrick looked through all the spare faubs and found a backing for hers which made hers work perfectly. I'm sure no other dealership would give a service like this both of these employees went over the top to make us happy. Kia West you're lucky to have Jenny and Patrick on your team I'm sure you are aware of that. More than we could have ever asked for! A+ Dealership!!! We had a heck of a time getting an approval because of trusting other car companies who scammed us. But thanks to the amazing effort of so many people (sorry if i miss a few names), Jenny E, Sean, Jen and the entire finance team, we were able to come up with a solution, and instead of leaving with the car I THOUGHT I wanted, I left in the car I NEEDED. Not to mention that, but they really pulled through and got us into a Niro with the color we wanted and treated us amazingly. I never once felt pressure, and while again I couldn't get everything I thought I wanted, I know that I walked away with one hell of a deal. I want to thank all of Kia West who was involved in this trade in, (including those names I never mentioned or who worked in the background) for being so dedicated to making this a pleasant transaction. I am so much more fond of this Niro, over the Soul based on my needs, and even my baby sleeps comfortably on long car rides. This was my first brand new car purchase, and I now know, if I need to get the best deal, I am going to Kia West and asking for Jenny and Sean and the team, because I know they actually understand I'm a person and not just a paycheck. If you are thinking of buying a car, look no further, be patient and be willing to compromise on trying to get everything of what you think is a deal, and listen to their explanations and recommendations, think it over and then go back.
