Regarding the purchase, I found them to be terrific. They came down from the price they were first asking for, such that i was able to get a lot more truck for the money I spent, and a terrific truck at that - A 2013 Silverado LT 4X4 in excellent condition. I had it in twice subsequently - once for undercoating and to have winter tires installed, and once just for a cleaning- their Silver package? I'm a contractor, and its impossible to avoid dust, and other debris and mess in a work truck. When i received it back from it cleaning both times, it was a mint interior- as if the truck were factory new. For the money it costs, when i do it every 6 weeks so I have a relatively spotless truck, it amounts to just slightly more than $1/day for that. I highly recommend it. With respect to the purchase of winter tires, they came in below any other place, they were done quickly, and it was effortless. Also, they cleaned the entire vehicle, at a reduced rate, as there was one item outstanding, and I received it in like new condition. I refer everyone I know to this dealership, and the particular salesman who helped, and continues to help me- Jason McBurnie. Worst place to buy a car Stay away the sales men I delt with was pushy knew I needed a car and used that to his advantage by putting me in a car and charging me way to much. Love my 2017 Kia Soul EX Tech!!! Bought my new 2017 Kia Soul end of September and loving it!! The staff, Dane, Jason, Richard, right down to insurance guy, made this experience easy. Took the time to take me on several test drives so I could find the right car and good test drives not just two blocks. Let me take one car home to see if it would fit in my garage! Dane gave me a great deal with awesome perks! Richard took me through how to operate this high tech car! Service dept has been great so far too. Kia west let me keep my old car there while I took new one home and insured it for me while I sorted insurance out. Also washed old car so new buyer could have a clean car! Best experience at a dealership ever!! More
