I am always hesitant going into a dealership, more so with my guard up especially being a women but there was just a great vibe when I went to Kia Wes I am always hesitant going into a dealership, more so with my guard up especially being a women but there was just a great vibe when I went to Kia West. I was greeted promptly, not attacked and asked questions that really helped me figure out what I wanted and NEEDED! I came in with liking the Rio but realized that for my needs an SUV would be better and went with a Sportage. I am in love with it and can't wait to take it on my many camping trips that I go on in the summer! HUGE shout out to Jen Mok for all her help and support through my buying process! More

Great customer service! Got approved To my surprise I got approved on a 2012 veloster. It took about a month but Robin was patient and helped me alot. Also thank you to Jenny Eliazian, Jordan and Dan in service for finding me the best car for my budget. I was able to get a 2 yrs warranty so I'm not stressing as I need my vehicle for my job and can't afford to have any mechanical issues. I was told if anything happens as it's a used vehicle they will make sure I get a loaner and they will fix any problems . I look forward to getting a new kia sportage when my credit gets better. Although the stinger is pretty badass! I am very happy I went with kia West and how they treated me. So thank you guys! #Kiawestrocks! My back up camera is still not working but I was assured they will fix it. Otherwise I'm loving my new car. Too be honest the process could have been so much more stressful. It's my first time financing a car and I was very nervous but everyone was straight forward and I believe got the best deal I could. I think any other dealership would have made things harder especially in my situation. More

She was very prompt and on-the-ball, making the process hassle-free. She was also extremely understanding and friendly. Regarding the purchase, I found them to be terrific. They came down from the price they were first asking for, such that i was able to get a lot more truck for the money I spent, and a terrific truck at that - A 2013 Silverado LT 4X4 in excellent condition. I had it in twice subsequently - once for undercoating and to have winter tires installed, and once just for a cleaning- their Silver package? I'm a contractor, and its impossible to avoid dust, and other debris and mess in a work truck. When i received it back from it cleaning both times, it was a mint interior- as if the truck were factory new. For the money it costs, when i do it every 6 weeks so I have a relatively spotless truck, it amounts to just slightly more than $1/day for that. I highly recommend it. With respect to the purchase of winter tires, they came in below any other place, they were done quickly, and it was effortless. Also, they cleaned the entire vehicle, at a reduced rate, as there was one item outstanding, and I received it in like new condition. I refer everyone I know to this dealership, and the particular salesman who helped, and continues to help me- Jason McBurnie.
