Khandaker jr Ahmed assistant sales may is so arrogant. I was in dealership couple of days ago cause I got a call stating that there some sort of event going on so I can get some extra discount. When I went there the just asked for token money to start when I refused so this assistant sales manager came in and treated me like I was guilty of something. When u told him that I got call stating that he said there is no event going on. I even gave him the number from which I recieved call he refused to recognise anyone with that number. Just a moment later I showed that number to two other dealers they recognise the number of their manager. The khandaker jr. Was only focused on getting token money from me. I am glad i didn't did that. I wouldn't go there no matter what More
These guys are a bunch of crooks, pure and simple. I purchased my Kia there 7 years ago and oil changes were included. Never a problem with that. However in May 2021 I took my friend to buy her new Kia from them. I never received my finders fee. After numerous attempts to speak with someone at the dealership I gave up. I contacted the BBB and low and behold Gino (sales mgr) contacted me to say this will be put on my go-card, that was some months ago. Well as of today it still has not been received. How am I a senior on a fixed income, going to pay for this service? More
Every single time I have to wait for 2 hours to even get my vehicle work start. What's the point of booking an appointment if I have to wait 2 hours to be told the work just started? Last time I had to wait 2.5hours for simple tire swap. Today 2.5hours again for simple oil change. The worst and the slowest service. Staff are nice but they need to work on time management. I purchased a used 2017 RAM truck in December 2021. After 4 months and 3,000km of driving, the engine had a major issue and now requires a new engine. How could they perform a vehicle inspection and not know there was engine issue? At the time of test drive, I inquired why the engine was ticking. The outside temperature was around -20C and salesperson indicated the engine is cold and tick will go away when warm. They have not returned my calls and I was not allowed to see the General Manager. I would not recommend this dealership as the after sales support is non existent and they were not willing to have a conversation about any type of compensation. More

This dealership deserves a negative score. I’m going to do this point form due how how outrageously horrible the service is at this dealer: -purchased a brand new SUV from the dealer -20,000km and the v do this point form due how how outrageously horrible the service is at this dealer: -purchased a brand new SUV from the dealer -20,000km and the vehicle does not stay running - waited 90 hours for a tow through Kia roadside assistance - the part needed to fix the issue had to be ordered - the fix is under warranty but no rental vehicle or loner has been provided because Kia seems this as not a “backordered part” even though it had to be order and the shipment was delayed. The long and short of it is I have been left stranded for two weeks without a vehicle and Kia has continually ignored or lied about an option to allow me to drive where I need to. I have missed meetings, projects I manage have been cost money due to delays at my expense, I have had to pay out of pocket to get groceries delivered, and missed a funeral all bc the dealership will not provide any level of service after they take your money. This is completely unacceptable and I cannot believe this is what we as consumers are expected to deal with More
Worst experience of my life, bunch of scammers! Stay away from this dealerships. This guys don’t even deserve a half star, made an appointment yesterday to view the 2020 BRZ. After I got there with my family the guy didn’t even had the car ready, had to wait for him to put gas on it and everything else. I specifically told him that I was gonna pay cash for the vehicle he kept insisting for me to finance the car, after I text drive the car. I liked the car told him to give me numbers and he comes back with his Sales assistant Manager Khandaker Ahmed and tells me that he couldn’t sell me this vehicle cash, doesn’t give me a reason or anything. Made me waste my family’s and my time. Scammers the Sales guy goes by the name of Gary but I’m sure that’s not his real name. Watch out!. Stay away from this scammers More
This dealership has the worst customer service I have experienced. They cover up several issues with their vehicles and are not supportive in finding solutions. The vehicle itself that I purchased was experienced. They cover up several issues with their vehicles and are not supportive in finding solutions. The vehicle itself that I purchased was a 2021 and it’s had the transmission repaired several times as well as the engine replaced. The car still continues to die on the side of the highway. Kia staff told me to put blocks of wood behind my tires to ensure it doesn’t roll away…. Kia has had my car in for repairs for significant periods of time and has given my car back with flat tires, garbage inside and the windows rolled down. Their complete lack of safety standards or quality care is appalling. Also important to note that Manuel safety features have been glued down resulting in no access to them. I would never recommend purchasing a Kia or going through this dealership. Kia Canada has been just as disrespectful and not helpful. More
The sales and finance guys in Go Kia South are so smart that I can't handle them. 1) The dealer was so professional, but not me. They added over 800$ dollars more on my bill of sales. I didn't figure it out at the beginning as I never thought this could happen. When I realized it, I argued with the dealer for over three hours. Then they realized they made a mistake. They reduced the excess amount from my bill and give me about 15$ more. The sales told me I shouldn't worried about it, the finance will found the mistake anyway. I should trust their professorship. I should let them to find the mistake and correct it for me. I wasted my whole night and one afternoon for this issue which can be solved by the dealer themselves. I really appreciate they give me 15$ more for my stupid unprofessional behavior. 2) I am sorry for my bad emotions for dealing with the dealer. 825$ is a not big deal, especially for a "xxxxing rich" Asian guy. I should calm down and let the dealer find the mistake by themselves. My loudly speaking behavior when feel nervous is really rude and frightened them. My apologies. As an uneducated person, I should learn to be polite. 3) I am sorry that I didn't trust the dealer for making the delivery even through they are so professional. I bought an Alberta preparation package worth 1999$, which contains 5 items and one of them is service. When I found two of them, the mat and the lug nuts, are missing, I should not accusing them didn't make the delivery. I should trust that even through they never informed me that they didn't make the delivery for these two items at the beginning, they will call me to install them latter. They are so trustworthy, why I was so rude for accusing them not make the delivery? 4) I am sorry again for my rude behavior. When I want to refund the mat and the lug nuts, the dealer refunded me 100$ for these two items. I should really appreciate that they are willing to refund me even through they don't have the obligation for refunding. I don't need the mat and the lug nuts, by giving up these two items, I got 100$ refund. How a good deal? Why I feel so angry during that time. I am sorry again for my rude behavior. This is the best buying experience I ever have. I learned a lot from the whole process. Thanks so much teaching such a good lesson for how to survive in Canada. More
