This place is a joke and if you shop here be prepared to be ripped off amd pushed around. The sales team are a bunch of fast talking crooks and the sales manager is a complete bully. Brought my Sedona in for warranty service. They had my vehicle for about 8.5hrs. When I dropped it off the vehicle was photographed for damage. When I picked it up there was a crack up my enti They had my vehicle for about 8.5hrs. When I dropped it off the vehicle was photographed for damage. When I picked it up there was a crack up my entire windshield. They refuse to fix it saying not their problem. They claim an old rock chip cracked. If that is the case apparently it is not at all possible that it happened when they drove it to test the repair. Bottom line when it was dropped off it was fine; when I picked up it was not. They did not care for my vehicle while they had it and left me with another repair bill. When trying to resolve they pulled up my car's history report and questioned me as to why I had not brought back there in 7 years (vehicle bought new at this dealership) and listed off where I was taking it. This is irrelevant to them damaging my vehicle but the answer is I had a horrible buying experience after I signed for it and horrible experiences working with the service department for getting repairs o the vehicle when it had less than 10k km. Against my better judgement I brought it back 7 years later and once again, a major mistake. They have turned me off of Go Auto and Kia in general. More
Used car sales go auto business model: 1. Used car sales only has a budget to fix aesthetics items like cleaning and washing even buffing the car... Maybe change a windshield. 2. If there is anything else wrong with it, they expect you to purchase warranty and bring it back for service. 3. There is no consideration for how much of your time is wasted. 4. There is no proper mechanical review and repairs for used cars. Twice now go auto inspections were false on used cars and major repairs were needed within one day! (Last car was Wheel Bearings, and previously all suspension components and brakes 12k! After the inspection from go auto said it was fine!) Because their mechanics passed the car in the first place... There's no way I can go back there for service... I don't trust them at all! 5. They are motivated only by how many units they move a month. These reviews change nothing. More

I’ve tried to address a concern with Brittani in sells and the service department. I haven’t received a call back. I was informed that Sandy O’Brian from management would be reaching out, still haven’t heard back from him as well. Not sure if they treat people from different backgrounds differently, but it sure feels like it. After buying the car less than a month ago, I was informed by the service department the brakes needed servicing. I spent over 390 to get that done. The important thing to point out is, the vehicle was purchased from this dealership with an inspection sheet stating the brakes were serviced prior to purchase. I’m not sure if Go Auto operates in a similar manner across the board, but this is beyond disrespectful! A formal complaint will be placed shortly. To anyone planning on purchasing at this location, AVOID AT ALL COST! More
