Great place to be lied to and screwed around. The salesman was friendly and gave me confidence in spending a large amount of money for buying a brand new vehicle. Everything went wrong after that, but you won’t know until it’s too late. Two different people told me a car starter would be installed prior to pickup. It wasn’t (and no one even told me until I drove away and realized). I was signed up for the scratch/burn monthly plan which I specifically said I did Not want (which means my banking information was given to a third party without my consent). Upon inquiring why, I was told I was “distracted and forgot signing up”. Not sure how, since my phone battery was dead and I was literally just sitting there staring at the wall while they did paperwork in the back room. Now I’m trying to change a tire and there is no jack or lug nut wrench where the manual says it should be. Called the dealership and they said I can go buy one at Princess auto. That’s super helpful, thanks. Kia west Edmonton has been helping me with services (oil changes etc) and seem to be a lot more with it. Worth the drive as I sincerely regret buying from the South location. More

I called Kia and asked what we could do since my Kia warranty ran out but have lifetime engine warranty and extended warranty that should cover most things. They quoted me $180 for diagnostic checks, no more. I then get a call a hour after dropping the car off that they need more time and needed approval for another $180 for further diagnostic checks…. I had told them the 3 codes the engine gave me. The service person told me it should all be covered under my warranty’s. Another hour later they told me they cleaned a sensor but this was not covered under my warranty’s. as upset as I was I went and paid and picked up my car. I start it, drive 10 feet and it still had the same issues as when I dropped it off that morning! I went back into Kia and explained it had the same issues. Nothing was fixed. They told me to monitor it and if it got worse to bring it in for more diagnostic checks which would cost another $180 plus!!! I gave the keys back and asked them to fix it with my warranty’s and left. I have yet to hear from them regarding the state of my car. NEVER will I buy another Kia. What is the purpose of having warranty’s if they don’t cover things? Save your time and money and buy something that isn’t a Kia. More

My advice, if you are buying new or can find a preowned anywhere else go elsewhere. I am a 40ish woman who has had her share of experience buying new and used vehicles. I write this today still shaking my head at the horrible customer experience, pressure sales, eye rolling, rude, huffyness (not sure if that's a word but it's the reaction a teenager gives you when they don't get there way). I am worried for those who have never bought a vehicle before and they will be completely railroaded by this unprofessional and sleazy establishment. The salesman I dealt with was quite new and tried to be helpful, it was his manager, his other manager, the other other manager and then the finance manager whilst they made me wait and wait till they talked to the other other other manager. If you need to deal with this place know your stuff first, do not fall for their pressure sales, do not sign anything unless you are 100% comfortable with it, even if they are pushing it in front of you and shoving the pen in your face. There are other places you can go, don't walk, RUN! More

Went to see a used car tonight. Car was severely damaged on one side, and this was not mentioned in the ad online, nor was it pictured in any of the 35 pictures included with the ad. This is just plain deception, and a waste of everyone's time. I wouldn't trust them again. More
HORRIBLE experience. I wish I had read other reviews before we purchased our car - our experience is basically identical to dozens of others. We spent the next several days trying to contact the dealership who completely ignored our calls, texts, emails. We finally just showed up and demanded they fix the problem (It worked when we test-drove + purchased the car). They said they would do it "out of the goodness of their hearts" *eye roll*. They "fixed it and a few days later it doesn't work again. So now we have a 4 year old car without working AC that we need to fix on our own. Not to mention the car was NOT detailed before we picked it up, nor did it have a full tank of gas like we were promised. Absolutely horrible, and I will go out of my way to tell everyone to NEVER purchase a car from them. More
We bought a Honda used car from them.. they cheated us.. honestly they will suck your money like anything.
